In the current economic condition where everything is getting expensive, a single job isn't reliable anymore. There should be a part-time or spare job that we should be doing. Crypto Investment would also be a good opportunity to earn and prepare for the future. There are also job opportunities that blockchain technology offers and we only have to be fully equipped with the knowledge about it.

I think we need to be more flexible at this troubled time. We take every opportunity available around as long as we are capable enough to do it. If we are comfortable working online, then go for it. Well, investing in crypto could be just considered a side hustle. Don't focus on it as it was even more stressful, really.
If we are in a full-time job, we can also do part-time. Might be hard but at this time, seems we don't need to think about it but rather think about what we can do to increase our income as long as we are not compromising our health.

Having a full and stable job is good enough, but if you know you can always grow your income because you have the skills and knowledge to pursue on it, then why not? As long as you put passion in your work, regardless if it’s offline or online, that will guarantee success. Ive been doing this for how many years and grateful that i do able to make myself do sustain despite on having a day job which i did really able to handle some crypto jobs and other related things which did really

give out some chance for me to make profits.Its really that hard considering you do really need to have a proper time management because if you dont really have this then you cant really be able to handle yourself
on lots of things to get involved into specially having a day job plus having some other things like investment and crypto thingy.Its true that prices do comes high but the salary do still remain the same which means its a total mess up or disaster on someone who doesnt really find ways on how they would really be making their survival on not to find other sources.

I wrote a similar post a few days back as well, a full-time investment cannot be a substitute of any kind of work that you do in your daily life until you have invested like 5 million dollars into a fixed fund which gives you back 200-250k in sort of fixed income each year. Only these sorts of investments can become substitutes of full-time job because other than this markets like crypto are very volatile you'll see it dipping and bearish for 24 months and then it will boom for some time, your daily needs cannot wait for that much long of a time and neither can you create such a big emergency fund for yourselves as well. So it's better to just avoid such thoughts and find a new job which may be right after you are fired or after some while.

If we are still hired, it is not a smart move to leave our job and start our online careers. We can try to a lot time to that career slowly until the earnings on that one outweighs our job earnings, but still I won't advice to quit your job.  It is better to have more source of income.

If you have a family to feed, there is no time for relaxation.  Obviously I will find a new job asap.  And if possible do your job whole heartedly.  You can always find sideline jobs, if you still have spare time to spend.

I think you are missing the point here, investing and earning are both different phases of our lives. You earn when you work for it and you invest to earn but you invest you need money. Most of the times these investment has to be your spare money and not the one which is needed for survival. I think investing full time does not exist. There were some cases that people still try to look for another job while being in a stable job. Let's say you work under the government where people claim that there are no career growth plus the pay is......mediocre if not great then after that, people would look to work under F.A.A.N.G (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google). I am aware of the recent layoffs from Facebook, but I am just putting it as an example on how people would still consider job hopping just for the sake of their career growth.

There are just those people that are not too contented with their "stable" pay and would still look for other opportunities if possible.

I would suggest people to have some backup earning method in place even after having a full day job. The current situation of the economy many people may face joblessness where in the backup ends up being a lifesaver.

Cryptocurrency investment is an investment in the first place and so cannot be considered as a backup but a side hustle at the most. I am sure the OP is not one of the bigger pro traders out there, otherwise they would not be asking this question.

Therefore the chance of losing money is very high if done in the wrong manner. Better to look for more "physical" jobs than bitcoin investment.

That’s not possible for everyone unfortunately. I am earning very good amount of money from my salary, I am very happy about it and I do not "need" extra money, of course just like everyone in the world I wouldn't say no to extra money, but wanting and needing it are different things and I do not "need" any right now.

However, even if I needed it, if my job didn't pay this well, then I wouldn't be able to earn more from anywhere else because I do not have any time left, between life and work, I have no time left to work another job, or do anything extra. I do have some ideas that I want to turn into reality, but unfortunately, I cannot do that for now because I lack the time for it.

Online jobs and full time investment in cryptocurrency is kind of easy, because you will be working from house, but to be honest I won't advice anyone to completely depend on online jobs because anything can happen to the site at any moment, which incase if anything happens you have to start looking for another job online, which you might not get easily, online job is kind of difficult to get for people in my country, so whenever you lose the opportunity you are having, it will be difficult to get another one.

People think cryptocurrency is a easy way to make money, it might be a easy way to make money during a bull run, but what will happen during the bear market, like the current condition which we are, not everyone can be making money from cryptocurrency during the bear market, so incase when their is bear market how are you going to survive it? Or are you going to sell your investments at lost?
In conclusion I think both cryptocurrency investment and online job shouldn't be a full term job, it should be other source of income.

Having a plan to go for a full time investment in cryptocurrency is good but you also need a job. It is terrible to depend in your investment as a source for leaving .  The best  thing to do is to find a new job or involve in a business that you can depend on, a job will also help you to build and support your investment.  Starting and investment and you don't have any plans on how to develop it may later fail . If at all you are to depend on your investment it shouldn't be at the early stage of it, maybe during the stage when it is big enough.

It is easier said than done, I still vote for offline jobs to be the most reliable and dependable if you want to earn well for a living. Online jobs/hustling/investments as the case may be are supposed to be earning you passive income if you do not want to put pressure on yourself. Specifically, dealing with cryptocurrency is risky, people hardly have high reliability on it, especially if they are not such that is well informed about it. Every risky/leveraged asset is not for the weak, though some still survive on them alone.

The answer is colorful and varies from person to person. I still love freelancing, but investing is only part of what I do, not everything.
