They are already explained it on there previous statement here that there software is partially built with same software use by 1xbet so expect a lot of similarities between the two casino although personally I believe there explanation is vague just avoid the connection with Duelbits.

There’s an exclamation point on your security tab that only means there’s something you need to do first on your account security before you can deposit. There’s an error notice about login failed. It’s either you will need to verify your email first or setup the extra security on your account before you can deposit. Check the notification content.

Well, this is normal with most casinos some time transaction networks become congested even blockchain network witness the same sometimes, so I can't say having difficulty in making deposits is an attribute that links two casinos together. My question is do you try to deposit 1xbit at the same time you try to make deposits on coinplay and had the same replies?
If the answers are yes then we have new evidence to link the two casinos because that will also mean their use the same payment gateway, which also translates into the same team management, but if you were able to access 1xbit deposits and experienced difficulty in accessing coinplay that show the unconnected link between the two casinos. As the admin has stated that we should expect more information since he makes contact with the dev team to get the right replies to these questions in a more technical way.

It seems that your deposit has been suspended due to security issues in your account.  Your screenshot shows that you have a warning in your security options.  You should solve the problem first.  Then you can either deposit as you wish or if the security option is correct you can use the site's live support or talk to them via email and they will be able to identify your real problem and tell you what to do. Or wait here until you get a reply from the OP

At first, I thought they are giving you generic reply for you pr attempt to withdraw and then I realized your issue is about your deposit. It’s probably your account IP address is already connected to existing account on there casino that cause for disabling your account for participation the casino. Do you use VPN while browsing the casino? You might turn it off because this might be the cause for your restriction.

Although that generic reply of support is not appetizing in the eyes. It looks like a bot or a CS that really hate his job af. Just try different casino if they don’t want to accept you. You can’t get any helpful reply with that kind of support.

Maybe @coinplay reps or @royse might help you to get an exact solution to your deposit problem.

Wired replies may be the bot is malfunctioning and you can contact them directly with their admin here in the forum as they seem to be more active here lately, if the support doesn't work properly you can also try contacting them via emails and make sure to include all the necessary information to support your claims.

Let's see if you get a good chance of getting your withdrawal, if you have violated any of the rules that lead to account closer your deposit should be refunded back to you.

I still can remember experiencing similar problems in other casinos aside from the one you mentioned and still I didn't conclude or suspected any connection between the two casinos, but with what the online support said maybe you did not share the whole screenshot of the conversation to give us more chat history to work with.

But since you said you have another screenshot you may share it if your deposit is still delayed or your account is blocked, but as the ops stated here, their agreed they have some software connection with the developer of 1xbit but I don't think that is the reason for them to withhold the withdrawal.

He has a pending task on his security option that probably the main reason why he can’t deposit. Some casino requires to setup first the security option like email and sms verification before user can deposit or withdraw. His screenshot on the support looks like cut version or just a miscommunication on the support side. It’s very odd for a newly registered casino will be caught or forbidden to play due to violation of ToS. Probably the support just reply the most convenient reply for him to answer the queries.

This is a bit confusing! You literally said that you made a deposit, played then withdrew your money. Till know every thing is fine. You might not be able to post images as a newbie but am pretty sure it should have come up with other ranked up users haven't quoted your post and a few users already did but, its still errored.
