Does that mean you have bitcoins, or are you looking for bitcoins? If you are looking to get bitcoins by paying for them via Paypal you will likely find that to be ... challenging. Very few people will accept a Paypal payment because Paypal can be reversed, while bitcoin transactions cannot.
