That is a great addition.
I cannot imagine a casino without live support these days. Imagine a player cannot navigate the casino well because they are new, or let's say someone has a serious issue, but they cannot contact anyone to get it fixed. Most of the time, the forum account is handled by either the social media manager or the moderator. Usually, the marketing manager does not control the social media. I don't actually understand what could be the reason for ignoring the discussion on their own topic. If only makes sense if the account is handled by the developers who share the update, only, and it is not their duty to engage with the community. It is possible that more than one people have access to the account but none of them posting from it except from the dev.

It is kind of impressive to me that, besides the hype and the fever for Web3 has obviously faded away a while ago, this casino continues to update their services and tries to improve the experience for their users, even though most of them could have move on to other casinos which have nothing to do with Web3 at all.
