I think as a gambler I don't think there is any other way to cheat your opponent isn't that also done by some casinos to take gambler's money by taking advantage of their greed, sometimes to get money we need to trick our opponent to get his money that's the real gambling technique

With online casinos we don't have any choice of cheating. When we play cards with friends, cheating is common and those are really fun as there won't be money placed as bets.

During festivals it is possible to see street gambling which means rolling few number of dice. Here if the dice rolls above specific number when summed up we'll get prizes. The person will just request to give a try without paying, and we win. By the time he never lets us to count, but he counts it fast and says a number that wins prize. It will take a sincere and really good person who knows a way to cheat in a game and win big and not do it. It is really tempting especially when you have lost a lot and maybe you recently just learnt the cheating technique. I was thinking from the first narrative of the topic that it was a topic that needed suggestions how people who own casino's and game and lottery houses could avoid cheaters. My suggestion for that is that they should make their system unpredictable by always setting up new security measures occasionally, your old methods will not save you for long.

You will lose your reputation, and no one will trust you if your opponent in any gambling games thinks that you are cheating but on physical casinos and online casinos, I don't think you can just cheat, you should be good at cheating for you not to get caught, physical casinos have guards and close circuit tv you are monitored on all your actions and bets, on online casinos they can see your logins and activities, so if you cheat it will be recorded and you cannot deny the record and activity and they will ban your account, your IP and you will lose every money you had in your account.

This just looks like we're speaking of morality as cheating is directed to ourselves instead of others based on how you worded it. Self-control is what I think will prevent this from happening, but even then if the money on the pot is extremely huge, what better way is there to get that pot that the easy way? You could easily win huge and earn a handsome profit if you took that road and exploit it for as much as you can, but then again it depends on your capacity to not do the wrong things and just stick to your morals and play things fair.

I tell you mate, many of us will go ahead and cheat as long as we find a way of cheating, me personally, with all the money I've lost gambling on casinos, and never experienced the joy of winning a significant amount of money, i will be highly tempted to cheat as long as I know the right way to do it without being caught.
But unfortunately, there is no way I know of, neither do any of us here,  if there was, a lot of casinos would have closed down due to bankruptcy.

Cheating is always bad but gamblers would really want to cheat just to win significant amount of profits, but the problem is there is no possible way to cheat in casinos. Either they will kick out from the casinos or they will get banned from it, and the fact that they will be oriented in the first place on the rules of the casino, so for sure they should not attempt to cheat or they will banned for the rest of their lives.

i can understand when it comes to family or close friends. but when it comes to actual casino, i don't think you would think of cheating. because it will just go back to you, and may end up losing money without a fight because the fault is at your side, if the casino found out that you cheated.

Cheating is a big no for me, anyone that is looking to cheat will eventually get caught and not only you will get banned but you will also face some legal issues, so to me this is not worth it, now about the things I do to protect myself from being cheated by other players, in the game of poker I keep track of the opponents I play against, and if I see the same users over and over again at the same tables I suspect they are using team play and avoid them as much as possible.

About this and as far as I am concerned, I have commented several times that one of the reasons why I do not play poker in cryptocurrency rooms without KYC is because it is much easier to cheat. Implementing KYC does not make cheating impossible, but it reduces it a lot. Besides, nowadays I play in Pokerstars which has a great anti-fraud department, so the possibility of finding someone in the room who is cheating is reduced to a minimum.

If you cheat you run the risk of not getting paid if playing in a casino. Online or live. So the real question becomes, why would you risk it? I'd rather play fair and get paid at the end of the day honestly.

Is it even possible especially thru online platforms? You won't have an extra deck of card while playing online (,one of cheating instances) to replace a particular card and come up with a win. You won't also be able to sneak into your opponents cards. Cheating will only be evident to the gambling house itself if they would try to manipulate the results or simply alter proper gambling procedures. But if it is between players, I doubt. But it would only be possible I guess for sportsbetting, if big players would be able to come in contact with the teams involved and try to bribe them for a manipulated result (which is too far I guess)? Other than that, I think I have never seen a cheating incident on the games I play, and also from the gambling house I currently play at.

How do you cheat when gambling? It is almost impossible to cheat in an online casino unless you find a bug and start abusing it, but you will eventually get caught and your funds confiscated. Other than that, the only other way to cheat is to take advantage of the bonuses or events, but then again, you won't last long and will be booted from the casino. It's also impossible to cheat in a physical casino. Note that the players in the casinos are monitored by the surveillance team and if they see something suspicious (even if you aren't cheating) they will tell you to leave. If you get caught cheating red handed, they might be able to take legal steps against you.

I believe in "fairness" ....and this is extended towards the player and the casino. When a player find an exploit and he or she misuse that to win all the time.... casinos and other players lose the opportunity to make profit.

A casino cannot keep their doors open when they are not making a profit, so when they close their door... everyone lose. I found an exploit in a Slot called "Mount Magmas" and I reported it. It got shut down and the exploit were removed and the game were re-introduced. (I got nothing for my efforts, but I made sure that everyone got a fair opportunity to win at that game)
