I showed to my old italian friend how the crypto exchangers was behave
He told me that they should have more respect towards customers.
Many traders might start visiting now the exchangers owners offices.
As talking dont get nothing the money they make from customers can cover all the issues so refunds should be instant.

If things not getting better then the people start visiting the offices.
