the failure of FTX is not the failure of the whole crypto ecosystem. it is just one of the many hurdles that this market has experienced. on the other hand, this opportunity is a very good one to those who are waiting for the btc to go down. for those who are waiting this period, they can easily accumulate satoshis at a very discounted price level. now, we are facing another failure of a crypto-related business, in the name of blockfi. as they filed for bankruptcy. for sure, there are so many people who  will be affected by this recent fallout. just make sure your funds are within your noncustodial wallets.

How soon was that matey? because the last time I check Bitcoin is still struggling to even hold 17k till this 1st week of December ends and there are so much fear that instead of growing , this year end is sideways.

Bitcoin is in a cycle of death and rebirth ever since it gained public traction. Not too long ago we experienced once of the worst bear markets in history, dropping bitcoin's value to almost below the 10k support price, yet in a few short months the market bounced back and bitcoin achieved high value status and set a new all time high at around 60k. I don't think strong hands are afraid of another dump or whatever. We've seen this kind of stuff back then and this wouldn't be our last bear market so to speak, there'd be more chances of bitcoin recovering now more than ever and as the halving nears, this only gets more possible by the day.

As for the tragedies that happened in the cryptocurrency world. it is a price to pay for being one of the most profitable ventures out there, people will be out there to criticize you and some to take advantage of your lenient nature to scam people off of their hard-earned money. My heart goes for the people who have lost their investments after the crash, but believe me when I say that we will bounce back sooner than you expect.

As I understood, OP starts from the principle regulations are the reason why bitcoin is going to have its price pushed upside again soon. However, the main historical factor to benefit bitcoin's price has been the halving, not regulations. And that is something which is going to happen only in 2024, so there is a long time by there yet. Meanwhile we don't know what can happen to bitcoin. The market is still too pessimistic regards cryptocurrency. We are probably at the worst moment in the whole bitcoin's timeline, due to so many big scams happening in this environment.
