Do you mean dice bot? Stickers on telegram doesn’t have this kind of function. Dice bot is just coded so the developers can control the outcome base the code that he writes on the bot. You should move this topic on Marketplace>Services since you are looking for someone who will write a code for you to create a telegram Dice bot. I know that that you are just using google translate that makes your statement a little bit hard to understand.

The community should already understand what would be a good approach at this thread when reading this kind of statement.

Anyways OP,that kind of related-offers even for let's say that it's really legit as hell, is not really catchy to the community.

Maybe think of offering it elsewhere where you think people can easily be lured (if that's even possible to lure someone in the first place).

Great that he follow your command but there is still a problem here. He is now using bold text in his sentence. You ask why red is always associated in China? Well, I guess that is because the colour of their flag is also red . I think this dice emoji is bad to use for betting because like you said it is centralized so there is no way to win on it.

Contacting the telegram dev, and bribing them money only to make the game in favour with us sounds ridiculous and I don't think telegram devs are that corrupt to agree with that conditions. I bet that they are already making enough money but in a more fairer way so there is no need for them to risk their reputation here.
