Do these miners have #xnsub in them?

That is a major security risk since it allows where you are mining, to send you any random work at any time, for even any coin, any account, literally anything at all, without the miner ever reporting that.
The Nicehash implementation specifically hides this information.

That is what the #xnsub change does - removes the restriction on allowing the 'pool' to change the work.
