Everyone knows it's going to be a long winter. Especially after the Terra/LUNA implosion and the recent collapse of the world's second-largest crypto exchange. He's only saying it to see if market prices dump so he could grab more coins at a discount. People will ultimately lose all of their money by making decisions based on what Elon Musk says, while the man himself will cash out big time.

I think as the crypto industry matures, investors and/or traders will stop following Elon Musk for good. It's only been 13 years since BTC's inception, but it still feels like crypto's early days. Once crypto becomes fully mainstream, market prices will be a lot higher than what they are right now. Ultimately, weak hands will sell and strong ones will "hodl". As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, you'll have nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

Btc down so much from ATH and now it's time to bull season for Btc and whole crypto market but I think this bull season will not remain long because these two years are looking to be bad for crypto market. It doesn't matter who says it because what is important is that we see people are not losing their hopes but are still optimistic about the future of Bitcoin. Might it takes so long before it comes, yet it was not a problem at all, especially for long-term holders. After 2-3 years of waiting, I know investors can still do it without hesitation. Well i would say that is a pretty obvious statement for everyone that believes in the idea of cryptos. At the moment we are at around 1/4 of the last Bitcoin all-time-high price so it is not a very surprising prediction that the price of Bitcoin will rise again in the future above the levels that we are having now. I am not really sure though what Elon Musk is rally thinking about cryptos because in general his whole tweeting for Dogecoin a year ago or so was only a bit of fooling around of him in my opinion and i also think that if makes a tweet nowadays about Dogecoin then it has by far not the same impact anymore then it had back then obviously.

If OP was talking about that tweet, I saw it too. Although in the past he tried to manipulate the market for his own gain, people are starting to realize it too. But speaking of that tweet, I don't think he's trying to probe or try to manipulate the market again. What he said, everyone saw and I took it as an encouragement, not for personal gain. I believe he cannot influence the market again, if something is doge he can play but not with bitcoin.

This is the correct way to look at this, people give too much credit to famous people, while it is undeniable Elon has a talent when it comes to his businesses that does not mean that we need to listen to his advice in every single other aspect of our lives, so even if he said that, which we do not know if this is true or not, it does not matter, quite honestly I will be more ready to believe in someone which has been part of this market for a long time and which has suffered several bear markets than someone like Elon.

Bitcoin price and the entire crypto market will recover because it is on solid ground. The price of Bitcoin in particular does not seem to be the most affected by the crisis, even in its extreme decline. The decline in its price does not at all reflect that it is the most safe haven, and despite that, Bitcoin is on the throne of the winners, even in crises.

I agree with you on this, I would rather listen to advice from someone with long experience in the market than take advice from Elon. He is a very good person in business but that does not mean he is perfect in every area. He is just a new entrant in this market from 2021 and don't forget what he did in 2021 is trying to manipulate the market to fill his pocket with no intention of helping the market develop.

It's sad when people invest without giving their own analysis or judgment but trusting celebrities. They are just like us in this market, it's all just predictions and nothing is 100% certain what they say will happen.

He have mentioned it in the right way. We need the patience to experience the big rise of the market. Crypto community doesn't care about a man like him for what he done in the past with the market. Even without his words people all well aware about the potential of the market. Even at crisis it have grown and now too it is in such a situation. We re in bear market and everyone knows that bear market don't last forever.
So Elon musk saying or tweeting that Bitcoin price will go up is the same thing as saying that the sun will set when you know we are at the winter period, when Summer comes sun shall sheet, so also when bull market come running Bitcoin price will go up.
For now just keep accumulating if you have the resources.

  - True or not, everyone knows that Bitcoin will rise again. The rest of the cryptocurrency community is so obsessed with what Elon Musk says that they think everything Musk says will come true. But if you look at it, it's very logical the price value of bitcoin will naturally increase, the only movement that happens in the trading market is up and down, of course, is there anything else to move besides what I mentioned?
