Though he is the top rich person of the world with huge followings on twitter and people used to buy/sell crypto on his tweets back in 2021 when crypto market was bullish but later they realized that he is not a long term investor in crypto and purpose of his tweets is to create FOMO/FUD in the market & take advantage. Since then I don't take his tweets seriously.

As far as  Bitcoin is concerned, it  will certainly rise once it is bottomed out which most of the analysts predict between 13K-10K. DYOR

Most Likely As he has mentioned, Bitcoin will but don't expect an instant boost. On implementation, those who can wait will have to wait as it could still be months before we see any clear signs of recovery. But in the end, elon musk doesn't carry the fate of this industry, things can change so it's up to you to choose what to do. However, it seems very bleak with what is happening at this time.

With or without Elon's statements, the market will still recover and would reach a good price, especially Bitcoin. No one either Elon Musk knows when the market recovery would happen but it will take time before it approaches since we're still in the bearish season. I guess when the global economy gets better, the market would be in a good phase as well. We all know that Elon always wants to be influential even in the crypto space so he'll always use his platform to release statements about crypto.

Actually, to increase the price of bitcoin, I'm sure that without Elon Musk's tweets on Twitter, all investors, traders and cryoto watchers already know that this will definitely happen at some point.

1. Whales: they can create and organized flash pump on an exchange to increase the price of BTC simultaneously at a specified time and got the profit.
2. Traders who often do short take profits (following flash pump and close before getting down): generally these traders are those who take advantage of the moment when there is a flash pump from Elon's tweet to get instant profit.

IMO, Both of these trader models are happy with Elon's tweets. However, the consequence is, those who are not from these two models and also not a long terms holder, I'm sure some will become victims of FOMO and buy at the peak and then they are making panic sell.

Usually, alts coins perform when Bitcoin dominance start coming down. Current BTC dominance is 40.14% and if Bitcoin stabilizes above 17K , then we will see good gains in alts price.

it isn't just some measly correction that's happening, instead it's the aftermath of the recent crash involving luna and ftt token in which really give a significant impact towards the market overall.

There is difference between a common man saying bitcoin will increase in price and Elon Musk saying the same. Elon Musk being the richest his words have got power to drive the market to some level.

As mentioned the innovation is designed in a good way working on the demand supply mechanism. This is an important thing with bitcoin's backing technology. By the time people should also have the better understanding about the technology than just relying it as a quick rich scheme.

It doesn't even matter, does it? Let’s assume that he literally tweeted "bitcoin price will rise", does that really matter? For all intends and purposes he is not a financial hedge fund manager type of person or an executive in a wall street stock company. Obviously even if he was, that doesn't mean that he would know what bitcoin will do, it would be just a simple calculated guess.

However, this dude is owner of a car company, a space shuttle company and a social media company nowadays. Which means that we are talking about someone who we shouldn't listen to or care about. Price will go up when we say it does, and that means we will buy, that’s it, nothing more to it.

I don't think Elon Musk has any knowledge on crypto trading whatsoever. He's just playing with investors in order to get what he wants (which is profit). After all, anything he says (either good or bad) has a direct effect over crypto market prices. It's going to take quite some time before investors get tired of Elon Musk for good. In the meantime, we should expect BTC's market price (especially Dogecoin) to move according to Elon Musk's comments on social media.

I'd have to say it's obvious this will be a long winter for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. After what happened with the Terra/LUNA implosion and the FTX collapse, it's going to take quite some time before investors start pouring money into the market again. Indeed. We know that Bitcoin has 2 market trends, bearish and bullish. Even if Elon Musk didn't state BTC to rise, most crypto investors understand that Bitcoin will rise again. There should be an end of this bearish season, probably it is when BTC halving begins. You must know the next BTC halving to happen in 2024, so I am not sure there will be a new ATH in 2023. The possible time of a big rising of BTC ideally happens in 2024-2025. It is what I know from my own analysis.
