I can't blame you things like this happen, this can happen to pros in gambling too, sometimes our decision are diluted from our success happened to me so many times in the past where your expectation did not meet the reality, especially in sports betting where your chances are good when you fully analyzed the outcome, but there is a thing called upsets and unexpected events.

You are right in your decision to stop until you get this over, so you will not think of chasing your losses, when emotion is high we tend to make bad decisions, and chasing losses is one of them.

When you go all in, it's just a one loss so wouldn't call it unlucky, just high stakes gambling. If you bet on 10 games on a row and get them wrong, that's just bad luck. But i know the feeling. I've lost everything i had budgeted last week as well. But it wasn't really me being unlucky i just played with high odds and combination bets with ridiculously high prices .

If you want fun to continue and have opportunies left, lower your bets.

"All in" bets are generally to be avoided at all times. you always need some sort of plan b to reduce the risks (for example playing live, using cashout options etc...)
Even if you haven't made a big financial loss, certainly made a pause in your gambling experience is always the right step

Usually this do pertains about being impulsive with your betting which is really the most dangerous kind of step or burst of emotion which would really make things even worst.
Come to think that he isnt the only one is really losing that big time with gambling which there are lots who do experience the same influx of emotion which you would really be doing that all in.

Its true that its never been that ideal on doing so,even if you arent broke but sooner or later you would really be if you do keep on doing that.
This is why self control and proper limitations or restrictions towards your actions specially into your finances is a must.

I'm also surprised by the upset but it happens as we've seen countless upsets coming from the other big leagues back then. Going all in is just too much though I still remember going through that kind of strategy back then and it kind of served as a reminder for me to stick to my units. I suggest avoiding that habit of going all in on your next session since it's only going to make your betting experience worse and even if you win it's only going to encourage you to do it again later on which is bad.

I'm sure you're not the only person surprised by this result, a favorite team to win this event lost to another team that is at a much lower level.

The result is really shocking who would have thought Saudi Arabia can beat Argentina? I'm so sorry for hearing that you have gone through. It's indeed very disheartening to know that your expectations weren't reached because tables have turned during the actual event. It's not the end of the world for you though. You will have a tough time, but you will certainly overcome it once you already accepted that you've lost.

The process of grieving especially if you lost a big amount is excruciating, but it will not always be a bad day for you. Just make sure to analyze every angle first before betting. Keep up the spirit buddy. Regardless of what happens to you, a lot of gamblers out there feel the same regret because most of them will definitely choose Argentina and if we look head to head and overall they really believe in Argentina.
and this is a gamble that sometimes results in unexpected results, now a good club or national team is starting to be easy to guess if you play with a mediocre national team. And most of them only do stacked and solid defense so it's hard to break into and only rely on luck in counterattacking and most of these methods work.

Maybe not only you but all around of gamblers. As I know on my circle of friends is the same as you, they have all in on Argentine and got very disappointed after only 2 hours watching the match. This will note for us to not believe or all in if the odds show to will win perfectly. this could be proof that a match is not only a skill with a team filled up with the best players but a solidarity team and taking care of each other to defend against of any attacker.

I don't think you're the only one who experienced this, you can read in many threads about the World Cup how they lost quite a lot from this disappointing match, entering Argentina to win in their parlay bet because they could increase the odds a few percent, but it's a shame as I once said in multi bet just one bet to spoil all correct result.

I prefer over in this match and had time to think about putting it on a large number of goals, seeing Argentina's reputation and also how Saudi Arabia, which was not taken into account, was lucky to only choose over 2.5.

It's a good choice to stop for a while until you can calm your mind from this defeat, and valuable experience never go all in no matter how sure you are of the results you will get, and hopefully, you only use money that is only for gambling not for daily needs
