There is a complected
scam accusation is going on against Coinplay. The team has enough evidence that the player was taking advantage of arbitrage betting but they don't want to explain their methods of investigation. I suggested them to pay the guy even if they are the victim but the management seems to be strict with their own decision.
I can not share more information but according to their terms they have right to confiscate the players account balance with the deposits he made. For those who are very keen to know why they refunded the deposit of the player is because they wanted him to understand his mistake. According to them if scam was in their mind then they would not even consider to give him a penny.
To me, it's now a case where Coinplay don't want to lower their guard, I left them my suggestions of what could be a better solution to this case. If they do then we may resume the campaign until now the campaign is on PAUSE.
About relating them with 1xbet, it was resolved long time ago. They already cleared their side of story and it was convincing without any question. According to my investigation they are not associated with 1xbet people. The only similarity was the script they used, later they updated the wording of the contents which were missed to update at the time of the launch. That's all latest from Coinplay Signature Campaign.
Post counts are done for Week#20 and I will make payment later today.
It was nice 20 weeks with Coinplay team and looking forward to the case to be resolved.
If they're saying he's arb betting on their site, that's one thing. But there's no reason for them to want to keep their method of detection secret, he's either doing it or he's not. They just need to look at his bets and do some basic math.
What I suspect they're trying to say is that they think he's arb betting across multiple sites, which is obviously a ridiculous reason to keep his money, especially without any warning. And the only reason they would want to keep their method of detection secret is so that they can freeze more funds. If they were actually concerned about players arb betting, they would be open about it and players would be less likely to do it.
I'm sorry but this site has 1xbit written all over it. Same software, same scummy tactics.

That's bullshit. They have refused to tell him anything.*

Yeah yeah yeah. Every crypto casino has the right to scam every player. But it should always cost them their reputation.
*Note: I'm giving the player the benefit of doubt at this point in assuming he's not just fabricating all of the evidence or leaving out important information since he has by far been the more reasonable party of the two.
