December price is still affected by the FTX issue and afraid that if there is a big case after FTX, I believe if there are no more cases like FTX then the price could touch $18k or more, and now the price is still cheap and a good opportunity to buy.

I already gave up of hoping to see  18k above , i thought last week when December starts that 17k climb will be the beginning but seeing it now? I believe that we are waiting for nothing here but another dumping.

If you talk about a 150% profit that can be obtained in every year, how about this year, from January to December, it only decreases without a bigger increase? And how can you be so sure of a 500% profit in three years if market conditions are always difficult for everyone to predict?

In my country, there is more inflation and persistent rise in the price of goods and services, if you hold fiat in bank in my country for five years, the $100 worth of my local currency that you hold for five years will not worth more that $20 to $50. That is how poor fiat is in many countries. People will think their money have more interests, but they are losing actually. Bitcoin just provide the opportunity to speculate and hold for years, the value would increase.

you're right. to holding in the long term requires patience and also being able to accept the fact if the market falls suddenly. if someone says long term holding is easy then on the one hand it is a tough road but passable for someone because they really intend and believe in their investment stage. many people bought btc in 2016 but they took advantage when the end of 2017 maybe few people can hold until btc reach the high price in 2021.

True. Holding is an easy way to get good returns, but starting holding at the wrong time can be a nightmare for a small investor. But the current market conditions are certainly a good position to take re entry. The problem with crypto traders is that they start panic selling when the market dips a bit. So, if you want to hold, nothing but patience, the best option is to buy crypto and withdraw it from the exchange and keep it in the wallet.Even if the market goes a little below this level still after few years you will get a good result, how much percent increase or decrease can be another discussion but I think a very good return can be expected from here.

Unless something major happened I do not think there is too much of a chance for the price to go that low during the month of December.

However it is also going to be challenge for the price of bitcoin to reach 20k, the price is still presenting some problems to stay above 17k, and while 20k may not seem to be that far away I believe the conditions simply do not exist for this resistance level to be reached so soon, because even if the worst seems to have already passed, there is still a lingering fear which does not really help us to reach that price.

thanks for that support because what I see is that Holding is what we can keep now, this is the only thing that matter for me as the market keeps on denying , but I still but once there is available funds and yes I can see something good to happen any time in 2024.

I agree with you, Price will trade above $17k by the end of the year. There will definitely be retracement moments, but it will be geared towards pushing price to a resistance level above $17k. Accumulating Bitcoin at this phase should be the focus. This is also a good time to pay close attention at price chart to catch up with every moment using DCA has mentioned.

I agree with your opinion that Bitcoin is not likely to make big gains in December but it is likely to stabilize around 17-18K, provided CPI data report comes in accordance with  market expectations and there is no element of surprise in it. The next week is full of events when CPI data report release will be followed by FED meeting, and we might see big swings in Bitcoin price. I think the outcome of these two key events will determine the trend of market for the rest of year and beyond.
