Yes, we will soon see the new year, in 12 days to be exact. bitcoin price today is $16700 as i see on binance exchange. we are facing the turn of the year and christmas so no surprises going on in the market right now even bitcoin price hasn't strengthened much this month, after dropping quite a lot in the last month. the sellers might increase as the year end approaches and also christmas but it's only a moment and bitcoin could move to strengthen soon.

for the end of the year i think bitcoin will be under $20k and above $15k. I don't see any hard swings at the end of the year. Buying is the right word instead of sell for the year-end holidays. I agree with you that buying at this point is a pretty good option to make.

I believe the bear market will continue till October 2022 because the market may stay on a resistant level, we may not see a molar bitcoin price decline till 2024 but Bitcoin price will be more stable.

The price will rely round between $16k-20k if the market witness any major attack such as the FTX scam it may drop down to 15k.

December has been running half and it seems that the hope to see the market rising will not occur in December, the number of FUDS after 2 big cases namely FTX and Luna makes us panic and think that Bitcoin will continue to drop, but a good thing is Bitcoin can still survive from pressure.

True.There is FUD in the market about Binance which has pushed down the price of Bitcoin below 17K, the month of December has been bad for Binance, 3.6 worth of assets withdrawan and its native token BNB is also fell to 220 dollars today, it is highly unlikely that we will see Christmas rally this year.

If Binance goes in trouble then we might see Bitcoin around 13K which is its strong support  but hopefully, it won't happen and Binance team will handle the crisis it is going though successfully.

We had expected a December with a rebound in bitcoin after positive signals from the economic situation as well as Fed interest rates, but in the end, things did not go as expected. There are only 12 days left until we enter a new year, and at this point, I also believe that there will be no more surprises, there is too much bad news for the market, so the possibility for a rally will be unlikely.

Let's hope that Binance doesn't crash, if they have a real crash; I think we'll see an all-time low bitcoin, not just $13k, think $3k to $5k if binance crashes.

There are still 12 days to wait so I'm not in a hurry to say there won't be any surprises, although the possibility is very low but that doesn't mean it can't happen. When most people are pessimistic about bitcoin and think it will not recover, then I believe bitcoin will do the opposite, it always has been, and I hope this time too. Most of the time the year end used to bring good rise in the market, but everytime the market condition used to vary and according will be the rise in the price. This time we can't expect much growth out of bitcoin. Based on the prevailing situation there is more chance of price dropping down to $15k by the falling week. The same might bounce back, but things weren't assured.

I agree that it has been disappointing, but we just have to keep holding and grinding. Sometimes bitcoin world doesn't give you what you want or even need, or even must have but you just have to keep going. If we stop, if we sell and give up, then the whales that accumulate from these prices will win and they are already whales but because they do not need anything and could buy from here and wait even 5 years or even a decade, they make more money because of their waiting period being longer. I remember when the price of BTC touched $69k last year many people thought that madness was happening at that time where the average BTC holder at a price of $10k could become a sudden millionaire and that is a beautiful thing to imagine.

The good news for bitcoin is that the governments in US and EU have been printing money nonstop which only means one thing: inflation. Whenever inflation happens and fiat money loses its value, it is an excellent news for bitcoin because not only it automatically increases bitcoin price but also helps more people around the world realize why a deflationary currency is a good thing to have so it also increases bitcoin adoption hence increasing bitcoin value.

Only it is not clear for what reasons at the beginning of next year the price should increase, after the negative things you described. I also hope that in the first quarter there will be a local bounce of the whole market, because for the last year it did not happen once. But I still have a lot of doubts. Especially the situation with the markets around the world. So far, there are no prospects for growth.

it means the same when people say bitcoin is not strong they are talking about the price and not the features of Bitcoin or whether it is dying or not. Investors not investing in Bitcoin makes it weaker people not sending and receiving transactions makes Bitcoin weaker. The less nodes we have makes the security of the network weaker. We need activity and investment for Btc to remain strong and we currently do not have that because of other things out of the control of btc like the recessions and pandemic.

I usually don't like to speak too confidently in either direction, still a full week ahead left to December, and Bitcoin generally needs half a day to make serious double-digit percentage moves, so I wouldn't put $20k beyond reach.

Wouldn't bet on it -- just too little to suggest a wild change of fortunes. Of course, show me a place giving 100/1 odds or more and my money's happily there

I don't know, for the past few months, to be honest, I haven't done real research for bitcoin when looking at the current candlechart because my focus is still on buying every week and I open bitcoin when I only buy DCA (once a week)
But indeed my reason is quite clear even though it seems so naive but I don't want to see their current condition by predicting too much and all I do is buy and buy every week.
