Most of the gambling are trusted one now, people loss their money only by the less knowledge toward the game. In the gambling people should learn the game and with the knowledge they can earn from gambling. You should check the gambling company owners and their support towards the issue. And you should check the people background. You need to check whether you had get into the correct gambling site. Because winning is different from get the cash out from the websites. A casino with a dead or no existing community is definitely a manipulated casino or more likely scam which we have to get rid of.

There are still casinos that is pretty inactive in this forum but I believe not a scam at all. I'm playing on bustabit if I want to play crash game and they haven't failed me once in terms of service. I trusted them because I'm playing on that casino for a long time now and it is my first choice if I want to play crash game. Generalizing a scam casino is pretty harsh but I think you have a point given that I myself will also not play on a casino that has no ANN thread here. Having an ANN thread is an advantage for both player and the casino, I don't see why other casino won't do their own ANN thread here especially that it is FREE.

It's great if you've never had a problem with any of the casinos you've used.
But we know that some people often experience it because they are wrong in choosing the casino or violate the casino's rules.
We try to avoid casinos that are obscure or have a bad reputation because we don't want to get into trouble with those casinos.
And if there are still people who have lost money at the casino, maybe they are not looking to find the right casino for them.
If they can find one, they won't have any problems and won't move to another casino either.

The points you raise OP in this thread a valid. The community serves as a form of check against some illegalities. A casino company that has a community would do everything possible not the tarnish its image because it would discredit the company in the community. But most times some new casinos might not have a massive presence in some communities but they might have integrity. It takes sometime to establish a casino in a community and most renowned casino firms started building their companies gradually before they became well-known. But this doesn't dispute the fact that there are some casino firms that don't have an active community but they are doing a good job in the gambling sector.

Like for example, if a casino have a community on bitcointalk, and you are a user of that casino, at any time you have an issue with that casino and the customer support is not helping, bringing such issue to their community on bitcointalk will force the casino to find solution(s) immediately so that they don't lose their other customers in the case where they are the ones at fault..

But a casino without any kind of community anyway, if as a user, you encounter any problems and the customer refuse to help you, you are absolutely helpless, and complaining on forums where the casino is not even known won't help because it does not affect the casino on their business, they probably won't see your complaints, neither would their other customers do, so certainly, they won't answer and their other customers also don't know what is going on.. So it is best to avoid such casinos in my best opinion..

There are a few different techniques that casinos and sportbooks can use which are pretty poor practice from the customer aspect. Sometimes you'll find that customers can deposit very easily, without submitting things like KYC documentation to "activate" the account but when you want to withdraw they ask for such things, have hidden transaction fees or take excessive amounts of time to process a withdrawal. It's good to take a blend of reviews from different sources but also with some skeptisism, because if you just look at reviews from places outside of Bitcointalk you can often only find people who have lost money and naturally want to attack the site even if it was all legitimate.

I would like to avoid casinos that was using the same script as the other scam projects from before. Lately I've seen some new gambling sites that was using the same website script which I don't really trust and even though they have a community here in the forum it doesn't mean that they don't have the chance to scam you.

It is reasonable to avoid them since there is a possibility that the same people are behind these casinos.  But in a more logical manner, I do not think that we should jump to conclusion that these new sites that bought the same script are scammers.  As they say, a person cannot be guilty of a crime unless proven.  So judging these newly created casinos as scams because they have the same script is somehow moot.

I would consider to avoid gambling site that has no previous reputation, no active support or community, no active promotions and probably have some open scam accusations for my own safety.

I think I would do the same, it is logical to avoid casinos that have a shady background and most of all have unsolved scam accusations.

I highly agree,  it isn't good to tag any cryptocurrency gambling platform as a scam if they don't have the stuff @OP is looking for.  This casino has its own way of marketing itself and besides,  if an issue arises, only the casino can solve it so that is probably one of the reasons why not all crypto casino gambling company does not pay attention much on the online community presence in other platforms because they already have a presence online via their customer support.

Yeah it's because they have established their names already, but it all starts here in our community.

We've seen casinos boom in the pandemic, like in 2020 wherein there are a lot of them being born and it all began here and then they move forward to our social media platform to promote. And so once they have gain their reputation, and then maintain it for a long time, then new gamblers will try to play with them to experience the same. And so they became a niche because of that and so I we don't need any other platform. Yeah probably 5-6 will do for now. Of course we can try new casinos, but still up to us to take that risk or not.

Well i really like your point because this is a major issues with some casino's that is  not fully recognized here and i believe many have encountered lots of issues due to aforementioned problems. What i don't want to see about casino's or gambling sites are delay to process payment and also avoid does casino's that do not asked for kyc at when deposit but during withdrawal they frustrate you with kyc.
In my opinion i think any casino site that would possibly request for kyc at time of withdrawal they should also request for kyc at time deposit so that after verification before depositing funds and not the other way round.

I think with this strategies, complain for late kyc verification would like reduced and make a better good names, lets say during withdrawal bettors won't be asked to further run a kyc before taking their funds.

A reliable casino will always want to show its presence in the community, generate rapport with users, publicize its products, create promotions, answer questions and mediate conflicts before they become bigger, anyway.

A site that hides from the community is because it is afraid of something or because it needs to hide to protect itself from attacks.
In fact, I don't think there is any big, reputable casino that doesn't have an active presence in the user community, either here on the forum, on telegram or on some other social network like facebook.

I helped him to open scam accusation on forum but there was no casino representative to answer accusation questions. It is better to play on popular crypto casino of forum, why should user go to choose X casino if there are more than 20 proven legit casino advertised on forum?..

Gambling sites with a discussion thread either here on this forum or outsides like Reddit or other names are easy to reach than those who just rely on their customer support. Most of the time, they are just recorded and it sucks to be in that position talking to a robot knowing anytime they can cut the line or just say "please try again later". Establishing an official announcement thread here in the biggest crypto forum is really a good thing for a crypto-gambling site. It will be a good reference for users that want to try a certain gambling site and real-user reviews are far better than a review site's reviews.

yes, some reputable casinos out there don't have their ANN threads in the forum. some started as fiat-based so they already got their loyal patrons, and they only integrated crypto payment later on. so it is understandable that some of them don't find promoting in this forum as advantage. it is always on the player himself who needs to do his due diligence before depositing to the site. at least do a brief background check if they have existing complaints or issues.

In my understanding, people who try multiple casinos, are only curious about the new casinos. They may be interested in the prizes/bonuses during the promotion period at the casinos. So, they won't stay a long time there.

Commonly, we only gamble constantly in a few casinos, maybe 1-3 casinos. The reason to choose the casinos should be the same as you, it is because the casinos are the most reputable or trusted casinos in this forum. If there are bad issues in the casinos, everyone simply avoids them, especially if the issues are proven. No matter how good the casino's rating is, people won't be interested anymore if they have bad issues.

I don't think that we should avoid already a site that has no ANN thread. You can't apply that argument to fiat online casinos where in the first place, there's no discussion place about them or we will see them at other forums with gambling sections.

A reputable gambling site, either a fiat casino or a crypto casino surely has great reviews if we did research when we consider using them.

As long as every review we will encounter about that site that has no ANN thread, we should be good to go. But if not sure, then stick with those reputable gambling sites here that have an ANN thread.
