You have not clearly stated any information why your account is blocked. I think the reason for blocking your account is multi account. You can post evidence here of conversations with the support team. Because it is difficult to say anything without evidence. This post of yours doesn't prove anything, unless you post with all the evidence. And if you have violated their TOC by creating multiple accounts, they will also respond to that.

Tell them about this, make a pic both of you and your brother with your phone logged in on casino account. Tell them you both using the site and sharing the same wifi connection.

OP is a prolific sportsbook abuser, creating new accounts to circumvent limits.

OP attempts to mislead the forum by suggesting it's their first account on our platform.

We've invested significant resources into identifying and thwarting this type of abuse and have zero tolerance for it.

They have tens of accounts at this point and are very well aware that they're prohibited from using our platform.

If OP continues to open accounts on our platform, they will receive the same action. Rollbit and our sportsbook provider do not tolerate this behaviour.

Likewise, you haven't provided any evidence of their wrongdoing. I'm not taking the casino's side in this case, but your accusation is just as baseless if you don't back it up with evidence. At least show us proof of the deposit, and a screenshot of your communication with customer support and their response.

I don't know I just suspect that maybe the casino found out that you might be doing some arbitrage betting, with you and your brothers account?

That's only my suspect in this case.

Go follow what @khaled0111 has advised, contact them directly and see how it goes for you.

You can still show other evidence if you want, for example blockchain transactions of your deposits and withdrawals from the platform and a response from their customer support explaining the reasons why your account was blocked. I'm not saying that this will help in your case, however, it's important to make sure that you have evidence to back up your claim.
