Blocked Account at Satoshi Hero/Monster

What happened:
Satoshi Hero is accusing me of somehow cheating with Referrals and have therefore blocked my account permanently. Furthermore, they do not go into details about this matter.

Additional Notes:
I do have about 280 referrals on this Site. All I did was advertise Satoshi Hero and Monster on other Faucet Sites (PTC Ads on Cointiply and Firefaucet), nothing else.

There's no proof that you have cheated with your referrals and similarly, you can't even proof that you actually haven't cheated with referrals. I don't think its something you can solve if they intentionally don't.
I don't know how much commission you can earn from them but when you want to promote a site seriously, you should only consider the best reputed casinos. Few months back, there was another accusation which ended in no result/step taken from the team.

Yeah, what you say is correct. My hopes for resolving this issue with a happy end for me are low.
They haven't even been online here in more than a year, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway and also warn others this way.

Maybe you don't have multiple accounts and didn't cheat but one or few of your referrals did!
This is the problem with advertising referral links via PTC sites. You don't know who will register under your name and, unfortunately, most of them are known for multi accounting.
I know it's your not fault but it is what it is.

At one time I attracted many referrals from the Russian region to satoshihero and satoshimonster through their thematic publics... And I learned about the blocking of Russian accounts by IP from the reviews on Trustpilot and the official comment from satoshihero and satoshimonster admins about these bans...

OP take the loss and move on from this racist site. Just because someone resides in an area that apparently likes engaging in war with their neighbors, does not mean the whole society there is involved. The people cannot control what their governmental leaders do.

On top of that, closing your case without giving you a chance to appeal is pretty shady as well.

It's still good that you posted it here it exposed that the people running these faucets are racist and it's not the fault of users if they are Russian, they can support Ukraine but not to the point of hurting the accounts of their loyal followers like you OP, since you are good at referring people might as well try other faucets who do not have racist views like Satoshi Hero/Monster, there are a lot of good faucets here.
