I join in congratulating you on this special appreciation/anniversary note. It is said that if one claps and joins the jubilation of his neighbor, soon others will join in clapping joyously for the one. Am not sure I exactly quoted this, but I opted to only express how it is, when one doesn't give up or allow envy tarnish his/her Candid effort.
Though, I have only experienced just a bit of the struggle of obtaining merits. It has really been frustrating when after thoughtfully creating a post, it gets deleted or moved to another section of the forum.
The motivation to continue can only most times come from those who understand your pain, and I admire the effort of those who have been instrumental in helping you achieve this goal.

Nice one Senior and it's really a milestone worth celebration. I believe in celebrating myself at every instance I get the opportunity to do so regardless of the position, I always celebrate every win.
I believe your merits were as a result of your hard work and persistence and it's a thing of joy seeing positive outcome from ones hard work and I want to also fall in line to also congratulate you and tap from this your grace.

One thing I've learnt recently is to follow my path even when learning from the mistakes of others and also taking life lessons from others too.

I looked a little at your history of posts on the forum and we can really see your progress in the quality of the posts and your increasing contribution to this forum as a member who is slowly building his  reputation.

I admit, getting 785 Merit in one year is not an easy job that can be done by anyone, but you can do it in your own way. Merit will never come to someone who does not want to try, without a contribution to the forum it is very difficult to get Merit.
You managed to captivate the generous people in the forum with the quality of the posts you have, they will not carelessly issue sMerit on posting under forum standards. The amount of Merit you get almost brings you to the highest rank in the forum, with the quality you have you will soon be able to reach Legendary rank.

Hopefully Newbies can be inspired after seeing this topic, they need a mental boost to always improve the quality of posts that can lead them to higher rankings.

It's possible to earn more merits than anyone has; it was impossible since no had broken the monopoly of merit earnings and -- no one would believe that fillipone could go that far when he started -- neither did anyone believe in you but, you proved yourself.... Kudos!
