How to use for the first time!!

1, Go to this Telegram Channel: https://t.me/betting_bot

2. Click "Here"

3. Give the betting bot your sportsbet.io username and password.

4. Once that is done, go out of the betting bot and come back in! ( This is a step that is going to be removed in the final QA/Bug Fix )

5. Have a play around, check it out, and most importantly >> Click BET to see options available!

It seems sportsbet io is trying out a new way of catering bets. I personally haven't really tried telegram betting since I enjoyed the website based betting where I can see more information and can be done by just mouse clicks. Maybe people who will use this are the one who really like the given features like copy bets and comments.

I just hope that this announcement thread is improved, I doubled check the one who posted and I thought is a copy cat because of the format of the thread. A ANN thread that has images would look better in my own opinion.

Does this means there will be a match that is exclusive on telegram betting and will not appear on the casino website?

Linking the account went smooth, didn't even need to leave the bot page. Only issue now is seems the betting currency's just in USDT, which I'm just about all out of. Wen BTC?

Keeping in mind how prominent Telegram is within the Bitcoin and crypto community I am glad to see a casino taking a step forward and implement a functional bot like this one. However, I would also advice to be careful with how much sensitive information these bots are supposed to deal with, Telegram is also known for harboring a important amount of scams and fake projects.

Is there any possibility you could contact the Telegram staff, so could request this bot to get "check-marked" or verified?
That would be helpful to avoid some users to be targets of fishing.

it's a great idea to implement a casino into a telegram bot, I haven't tried it yet but it looks interesting to try making bets via bots on telegram it's worth waiting for someone volunteer who wants to try betting using this bot and share the story here
but I still see the features in the telegram bot, to be honest I happen to prefer using telegram over discord

authorizing the bot after you connect your sportsbet account seem enough for it. some exchanges already are doing this where you don't have to receive emails anymore but confirm withdrawals and deposit on the telegram channel only. quite a faster way of responding the clients.

tried connecting my account but this seem solely made for the Worldcup. how do we go to the Boxing?

Cool update and I like that Sportsbet is spreading to telegram, but I don't understand is telegram account used with bot connected with Sporsbet website account or someone could create new SB account from telegram?
This could be good to use when you don't have time to visit website or use Sportsbet app, but just want to make quick bet on the go.

Seems we need to create our account on sportsbet's site first since they asked our SB username & pass

Give the betting bot your sportsbet.io username and password.

Anyway i agreed with your point if this is best way to other people who don't wanna login on SB site and want to place quick bets (so the odds won't be going much lower) through telegram.

No type of issues happening from my end. Shows up as normal to me.
Might want to send @sportsbet.io a screenshot of what the issue is so he can check it out so to have the right staff to resolve it for you since it is a new system they had setup within the first 24 hours of operation.
I am sure he will be glad to help you out as it assists with it's progress for any updates needed.

Liking the idea of using a betting bot as I had used one with a giftcard exchange service for cryptocurrencies and it made everything so seemless and fast to get things done exactly as one would want it to be.

Will be definitely be using it for my first use later on today for the World Cup match between Argentina vs Netherlands.

Most recent bets have just been insider testing, but moving forward you can comment and follow on each other's bet using the "comments" function!

Do you have any list or example of exchanges which use Bots as a complementary way for verification?
Because as user of Telegram I would like to try those features, as far as I know Binance do not have intention to do such thing, but rather stick to email verification and physical keys.

I would insist Sportsbet needs to get their bot verified, though.

I think using this bot is only for new users it turns out that this can be connected to our sportsbet account, this is cool it can make it easier for us users to bet using bots on telegram, but has this bot previously carried out a trial phase before releasing it, because that's to prevent it from happening bugs and lost money, hope it's safe and I'll try it later
