I think people here are not very familiar with that project, if am not mistaken, this project had a campaign some time ago here in the forum (that's how i got to know about the project).
Maybe during the next bull run it is possible, it is not a popular project, and I doubt there is a demand for it, so I don't see what will make it raise to $1 by 2023.

Am sure next bull run will make a shoot but reaching $1 will be by his grace.
