I think there are several reasons.

1. We have a whole nation behind it, El Salvador who make it a legal tender. And there are other nation too like Japan and Germany.
2. There are a lot of traders and investors who are making money out of it even in a bear market
3. The biggest crypto community, even you are part of it
4. It's always reaches new all time high every 4 years (bitcoin cycle)
5. Going mainstream maybe in the next 5-10 years based on how I see the world reacting to it

There is no guarantee that it won't fall below $1000 because no investment is risk free, (that's why it is better to do risk assessment before you put your money in any asset) but it is not likely to happen as it is store of value, decentralized, deflationary and most secure digital asset. We have witnessed it even during the bear market that huge buying comes whenever Bitcoin price takes a big dip, in fact Investors are waiting for dip to accumulate more Bitcoin.

You know what I have been hearing predictions like $12000, $10000, $8000,$5000 and some even as low as $2000 or $1000 for Bitcoin.

But hearing about a $50 BTC prediction is just crazy. Honestly if it went that low some nuclear event must of happened and it was the end of the world pretty much.

Maybe we might get close to $10k but that i still find rare and won’t happen most likely. Who is left to sell?

I agree, these FUDs flying around is making most people be nervous and panic which is not good. My take on this is that some people just crating FUD to lower the price of coins even more so they can have a good entry point. Invest on a good project with continuous development, dedicated team (but always keep an eye on their every moves and upadtes) then wait patiently for the next bull circle. 
Ignore fudders and you will be fine.

Only way BTC could drop to $100 would be total ban of pow coins and removing them from CEXes completely. I can't say this wouldn't happen but BTC have ton of lobbyists behind it and there's a possibility that free new clean energy comes along before it comes to that. At that point there would be no sane arguments against PoW. BTC won't ever hit the zero as crypto geeks would trade it between themselves even if it wasn't in any market. But big players would be gone and recovery would be near impossible after that.

ETH or fork of bitcoin or other altcoins would have taken it's place and we would have very different athmosphere in crypto. I mean we are talking in the BITCOINtalk forum.

I believe that Bitcoin is a safe and good bet for investment, so I see that it is impossible for the price of Bitcoin to drop to 20-50 dollars unless there is a collapse in the entire Bitcoin network and the investors’ confidence in it is completely shaken, and this is due to the huge market value of Bitcoin and its adoption almost years ago by major companies as a method of payment, Also, the less the total supply of Bitcoin, the greater the demand, and thus the price increases. If we look at Historical Data and statistics, we will find that bitcoin did not reach the prices that you mentioned before during the previous nine years, and I strongly believe that Bitcoin in the future will achieve new ATH, so I would like to spend every cent I have in Bitcoin, as the prices are still within everyone's reach.

You are right, It is next to impossible, that Bitcoin price falls to below $100 unless massive attack happens on its network which disables miners to validate transactions, but it is unlikely to happen.

As we all know that ,there is huge institutional investment in Bitcoin who continue buying it on every major dip, they will never let it happen for their vested interest.

I think, Bitcoin has already bottomed out & current price is good opportunity to grab Bitcoins as much as you can.

Learn the history of how BTC price drops after bullrun season! You will understand how the possibility of BTC price dropping now.
Considering the lowest price of BTC during this year, it is already above -75%. I am sure the ATL of BTC in this bearish season, won't be very far from the current price. Although it is not impossible to drop more to $10k but I believe it won't drop very drastically like to $1000, $100, $50, or even $20. Remember that the last ATH is around $68k - $69K, it is too far from $1000 - $20. A huge drop like this never happened before. So, it is simply impossible for me.

We still never know what will happen to Bitcoin in the future, but I agree with you on these several reasons and I can also say that I am positive that Bitcoin will not go to these numbers anymore.

Anything is possible in this world but this does not mean that the scenario you are presenting is likely at all, for such a low price to happen then a major problem will need to be found on the source code of bitcoin, as that is the only way I could picture people panicking so much they decide to sell their coins for such a low price, but this is unlikely as the developers are always working hard to ensure this does not happen, so if I were you I would not have high hopes about such a low price ever appearing in the future.

We still never know what will happen to Bitcoin in the future, but I agree with you on these several reasons and I can also say that I am positive that Bitcoin will not go to these numbers anymore.

What are you talking about? It seems you write without knowing anything about crypto. Do you want to talk about Altcoins? If so, specifically which coin? But you repeat several times about BTC, you automatically talk about BTC and nothing else. Even 9 years ago the price of BTC has reached $ 500 to $ 800 dollars.

Throughout bitcoin's journey from the beginning until now it has never touched back to $100 even though this is no guarantee at all but it is still in a very large range so it can't be that low and I never imagined what if this happened even very impossible.

Bitcoin has become the currency in several countries, many large investors are involved in it as well as a strong community around the world so that this makes the coin the only one with market capitalists because indeed these investors move their funds on bitcoin, not just other assets.
Stick to the principles because this is already too big and arguably the safest investment than any other crypto bitcoin has a good yearly cycle if we look at its history.

Honestly, what you feel is full of UNCERTAINTIES and it makes you sick. You'll somehow change your mind and become optimistic. If I were you, I stop looking at the market because this could influence your mind and think negatively.

Bitcoin price may fall but not instantly. It can be seen on the chart if it goes down and for sure, you will also see it. But for now, just relax and keep calm because the price of Bitcoin is still high at $17,000.

We may not know what will happen in the future, but we can only guess from all aspects. I think the chance of Bitcoin going to such a low price is very low. Because many big investors are sitting in the market to increase their holdings. This means that there is a lot of competition in the market now, and the crypto industry has expanded a lot. Those who were in the bear market of 2018 will understand how depressing that period was. But still Bitcoin did not go to such a low price. So I think if bitcoin goes to your target, then that will be a bad incident for bitcoin.

That's not possible in the time of few months because it would mean that BTC is nothing more than a flower, a tulip. That's wrong because BTC is used everyday to buy or sell things, goods and services, a real industry had started to be built around him and it is now even an official currency in few countries.
