You can only pm moderator when you reach full members rank if I'm not mistaken, the best thing to do is as you make this declaration, but one thing you did not do right, is that have not quoted the chat between you and the person that's having misunderstanding with you, you would even added or attached the link we're he or she posted or commented negatively about your project, I think you would have reviewed such so that it will not look as blackmail, and theirs no person that you mentioned as reference, so right now your post is contradictory because it doesn't have baseline....just mentioned the persons name with evidence.
