The only thing am learning here is that Bitcoin can be for anyone and for any country so anybody can be contributing for its development and the same time can do business with it. We should be happy that in USA though stricter regulations can be coming in for sure in 2023, there is no talk of banning it just like what China did. Some people are still bag holding shitcoins that they bought years ago (a lot of them in 2017 when they were over-pumped already) so they are in a huge loss (some in 95% loss!) so they will keep talking about that shitcoin trying to convince others to buy it so that they can get their money back.

For the fact that Russia has the most of it people actively involved in bitcoin and even right on the forum locale here doesn't mean they have that ability to have created the largest or been only ones developing a crypto invention, bitcoin itself isn't from a Russian and we have a number of others as well not associated with Russians, they only have great anticipation for participating in bitcoin as a digitally decentralized currency.

I don't know how you've arrived here but i want to tell you that all these are a piece of crap because they are far from the reality, you're just mixing up things here with complications, USA currency is fiat and crypto is a different thing as well as bitcoin, they have no other correlation than a means of payment, every other thing differentiate them from each other.

I think the main reason why the op said that BTC is funded by the US is because he always sees a US dollar when identifying the value of BTC but this currency wasn't alone actually. We can also measure the value of BTC by using a different currency. They only put US dollar on default because this was the most popular currency among all. Now for the part where he said that BTC is created by Russians. Maybe that was true?

Because. there's even a thread here which also questions if satoshi is a Russian. For the rest of us, we think satoshi is a Japanese because of its name. Oh well, all of this will remain to be as a speculation as long as there is no concrete evidence that have been found.
