We cannot take risks that are too extreme when we have family dependents because in any case when we take a risk it means that there are two possibilities, namely success or failure. and of course the failure ratio will be much greater when we get out of our comfort zone so rather than making a decision if indeed we are not too brave about it then it would be very good if we hold back our ambitions for it even though we as humans if we want to change our lives we must always try anyway it won't be very good when betting the whole.

But working for home is the biggest challenge I have ever faced in my entire career

As much as I enjoy freelancing because it allows me to be independent of a boss or organization, I am concerned about the medium through which freelancers find work. So far, there have been countless cases of review manipulation, favoritism, cheating, and platform inaccuracy.

I spent a lot of time on Fever and Upwork, trying to be among the top writers, but it appears that the way they operate in their system is not for me, you have to do the above I mentioned or you won't see a single gig to showcase your talent, so I got fed up and left. I later had some conversations with some of the guys who were doing some digital marketing work on the platforms, and I changed my mind about freelancing after that because of the manipulations.

The story has changed thanks to crypto today, I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'll get there without any organization or boss telling me what to do and how to do it.

Some of the freelancers prefer to get paid in cryptocurrency but if we ask how many freelancers working related to cryptocurrency field then almost everyone who is in the cryptocurrency work as freelancer still the numbers won't be that big compared to the number of freelancer overall

I do love the concept of freelancing and we have reasons to love it more than traditional jobs but it can work good as side hustle not the primary because it doesn't guarantee any minimum income for a week or month, you work and get paid so there is no paid holidays and other benefits like insurance, pension, allowance,etc.

In other places yes but in this forum nah, we only have merits here xd. Home is a great place to work depending on the nature of job. It also depends on your situation. If you have lots of kids then it will be hard to concentrate. Nice to know that cryptos aren't only invented to for the people to have a freedom in terms of financial but it literally can gave them a freedom in terms of jobs because there are so many opportunities here and it can be done remotely.

Being a freelancer has its perks but at the same time it has many inconveniences as well, while some complain about going to the office, the truth is that you are being offered an environment that is well suited for your productivity.

While working from home can be a pain, especially if you do not have an additional room you can use as your office to work or you lack the necessary tools or furniture, after all a good office chair can cost a few hundreds of dollars and you get one for free at the office, while you have to buy one on your own if you work from your house, and this is an expense you cannot avoid as office chairs have been specifically designed to be comfortable to use for long periods of time.

I do prefer doing a part time job and having a side hustle
That is how you have some income coming at the end of the month or a week - - and you don't worry much about the bills and grocery but leaving the work and starting a business is not a good decision. In my personal opinion.

If your job is boring you why don't you change it? I know that many are afraid to do this, I was exactly the same for many years, I was afraid that I would not find a better job and put up with a boss who constantly spoiled the mood for me and my colleagues, but for some reason everyone torpedoed him. At some point, I could not stand it and quit, very quickly I managed to find a job that I like and my boss is like a friend to me. This is a kind-hearted person and I am very glad that I decided to quit my previous job.

In addition, my boss sometimes offers me additional work outside of working hours, it is always paid extra and I almost always agree to additional work, because I love my job. 

In addition, I can sometimes do additional work from home. I don't know if this can be considered an advantage, because I'm used to giving all my free time after work to my family, but sometimes it has its advantages.

There are things that make us complacent when working in the office, sometimes time is not felt so that when we are old we will be aware and regret, if we owns the office then this is a good thing, but if only an employee then it is better to leave it immediately, many opportunities To get greater money than working in the office.

Actually side hustles do not provide complete freedom from the financial point of view. We still need to rely on professional jobs if we have already got one. Multiple income source is definitely needed but it has to be well planned and executed. Moreover, peeps should understand that side hustles are really temporary and they may or may not sustain our lives forever. However one can always have multiple hustles to keep oneself engaged so much that even if one shuts down then another keeps us going. Definitely worth it.

Leaving your main job in which you are well compensated is not the best thing to do, but rather adopt some of side hustle jobs that will give you additional income. Because in the long run, it’s always certain that only your main job will sustain, and the rest are just existing temporarily. So make the most of it while you can still take advantage of them, and give you bigger income too more than you can imagine.

But then, I found a training online for my niche, they also. have a community, from the owner perspective he said to me that I am not only paying for the course but rather for the community for the guide and that is important and only skills.

The basic thing in freelancing is communication and timely delivery of the project.
I worked as a freelancer and have got so much work done from others as a freelancer. I think 30% of the people listen from other that they can work and earn and deliver bad projects.

Freelancing is entrepreneurship and it's something that should be passed down to our children. Like somebody added that our grandchildren can inherit from it, which is a better response for the user that pointed out pensions as the benefit of the office worker, sadly pensions can't be inherited. The good thing about freelancing is thinking long term, ask yourself if the niche you are into would stay relevant for how long? They is a saying get a big cow and milk it for a long time. Some niches are so profitable but may not last for the next 50 years how would our kids inherit from such business. I don't think of having a side hustle that will end after me, it helps me to continue working even after failing multiple times knowing that the journey is not ending soon. A lot of office workers seek for side hustle too. It's the way forward.
