Grounds are made lately in the energy industry after a net positive nuclear fusion reactor was featured. Furthermore, China is doing their own thing after planning to create what they so lovingly call the sun in Earth. Fusion is slowly becoming a reality and may even become the norm in 5he foreseeable future, all that will really stop it is proper funding and support in the energy sector which is very hard to come by sadly as these oil tycoons and coal tyrants would do whatever they can in their power to ensure that humanity still uses their polluting, non-renewable energy resource all for the sake of money.

The scientific community doesn't seem to make a fuzz about it they only accepted the news and agreed that there is truth to this Nuclear fusion.
If this breakthrough can be useful to the majority of the machines we have today, it will be great. Although it would take time, the climate change problem is solved.  Normally, new discoveries and technology are often taken over by the military.

Who do you think will make money out of nuclear fusion technology?
This matter I think because this will be the one who will put us in the direction of where the future goes.
The technology will keep a small country alive with full industrialization and maybe superpower countries will also stop invading for resources.

According to CNN, researchers have hit a milestone in Nuclear fusion, I think this new development will change the power tussle to favor the US, if this technology can be fully harnessed they wouldn’t need to depend on Russia oil. But the problem is no one knows when this will happen, it took decades of research before scientists could make this breakthrough. When we do get the knowledge to harness the potentials of nuclear fusion, I believe there will be a battle between the private oil companies and government, they will fight and lobby to keep their billion dollar profit machines and their friends in congress will help them. It is our responsibility as a people to demand for restructuring of our energy to a cleaner and carbon-free environment.

Maybe I can say that it is really the next big thing next year, many people really want to have nuclear power in their country so that it will lessen their expenses , for me? I don't want to proceed with that I am afraid for the  bad outcomes and I am concern about our nature. As far as I know, it will really harm our ozone.

We are decades away from nuclear fusion becoming the reality that everyone wants, and without a doubt nuclear fusion is the future but we are still going to be dependent on oil for a very long time, also even if we know that eventually that day come it is not as if oil will become useless, oil is used in many other products and it will keep being a strategic resource, it is just that its importance and its demand will drop once nuclear fusion is mastered.

The technology was good there is an organization founded by China, the European Union, India, Japan, Russia, South Korea and the United States. and also there is a couple privately funded company who joined this nuclear fusion things but if we can harness this energy so efficient the price of electricity will plummet

Probably not. In the next decade we might have a more realistic deadline when to expect a stable nuclear fusion that outputs more energy than it receives.

Now the main thing is that humanity has begun to actively look for new types of energy. Recently, quite a lot of various encouraging studies have appeared, including information on nuclear fusion. A narrow circle of specialists is engaged in nuclear fusion, so we cannot predict when this invention will begin to give real practical results. So far it is not so important whether it will be in one or several decades. After all, we have hope not only for this source of energy.
