I assume OP doesn't initiate us to beat the whales, but the OP reminds us not to be affected by whales. In my opinion, it is almost impossible to beat whales since we have no power to beat them. What we can do is to be patient and not affected, we know the dump made by the whales won't last a long time, it is only temporarily. If there are too many bad news and the price continous to dump, we can suspect this maye be the manipulation made by the whales.

Whales are here from the beginning of bitcoin markets and they do continue their manipulations still we do see lots of small investors also making huge profits out of bitcoin investments but the way you suggested here. It's a good thing to buy BTC but since we're in the bearish season, it would only be better to hold it and just sell when the market recovers. You can't make a profit by convincing people to invest because we all have different target goals.

We can not always think that whales are behind the whole thing. I mean it’s billions of dollars moving everyday here and there in the bitcoin world. There is no way whales can also work on any strategy to move the market just like that.

For Altcoins it’s easy to do it due to its low cap nature and also at the same time there are lot of stakes in one persons hand or may be partners for that matter. But for the bitcoin side, no no I don’t think that big market can be manipulated. We do not matter here. How much can you buy? 0.1 BTC? 1 BTC? You won't counter the miners.

Don't panic though, you have to realize that bitcoin goes down when there's no big buyers because miners are mining and selling all the time so there's a constant sell pressure on the market and for bitcoin to even stay flat it has to be continuously countered. You or me can buy 0.1 bitcoin a month and even if every person who reads this thread does that we won't be able to make the price go up.

I haven't sold anything since the Luna crash and spent a lot of USD on bitcoin. Long term thinking and conviction are what matters in a bear market not whining about 5% ups and downs.

Like some gang or cloud groups coming together to decide on what action to take with regards to buy/sell and direct the movement of the market!
I tell you this, this must have been thought of by many, probably tried by many and still, the market still follows its path. Even whales don't have much actions on the market but rather, creates a panic sale situation in the minds of weak hands.

Your best actions still will remain that, you o not sell. You've lost nothing by holding remember. Should they dump the coin, you buy some of the flooded coin, add to your portfolio and continue to hold. Manipulating the market as proposed is likely not going to happen.

You sound like that every trader of bitcoin around the world read your request and obey to that. Even this community is world's prominent one, there cannot be any guarantee that everyone who involve in bitcoin trading visits this sub board and visits your topic. So, try to understand the reality and try to be stronger on your technical aspects if you want that bitcoin trading to be your personal money printer.

The reality is what we always shy away from when we want to make decisions that we will want it to favour us.

Honestly it would be highly possible to make the whales powerless by wide adaption. It has been long discussed fact that whales will lose control over the time when more small individuals take part in bitcoin market. It is a matter of time and in my opinion, mid to small whales are not in controlling action any more.

This is not possible because only one individual can't control the market increase or decrease, so it should be a thing that is generally controlled the major holders. Mid whales don't really have any say over the market anymore, the we have more holders the more less the whales becomes because lot of people buying bitcoin.

Trading is not working like this. If you think trading is easy like this, you are wrong, you may lose your money when you are trading like this and your expectation is like this.
You must be aware that trading is extremely risky,  take note of a lot of factors when you are trading, and a lot of impossible things will happen. That's why there is risk management to help you to preserve your capital, that's why also there is stop loss so it will help to not lose bigger if your plan didn't worked well.

But you will agree that the big players make the bigger decision. The market is huge for sure but there are individuals and co-operations that play the investment game with so much funds in that once the pull out their funds from the market it shifts the direction of the trend ASAP. Volatility in the market don't just happen things trigger them and one of them is how funds moves in and out in large sum.

If you are a newbie in here, then that will be the case that can happen to you. You will get confused and you will end up believing on the wrong people but for someone who is not new in here, they can easily do a research and confirm the rumours that they see if it was only a lie/fud or it was a real thing already. If you are a newbie in here, then that will be the case that can happen to you. You will get confused and you will end up believing on the wrong people but for someone who is not new in here, they can easily do a research and confirm the rumours that they see if it was only a lie/fud or it was a real thing already.
