Do you have a portfolio somewhere (I guess the link from your signature is not your masterpiece)? or at least a list of the technologies you work in?
although, you are not active here, so that does not inspire confidence for long-term cooperation. We never know when you will go offline again.
I have a paid theme for one site with all plugins, but development is quite slow, mostly because of my lack of creativity. Probably the best solution for me is to hire someone like you, but it seems risky to give admin privileges to someone who often just disappears.
