If you are in U.S. territories accessing Binance.com is prohibited and I think you cannot access that domain [Binance.com] while you are in the U.S.
That is why Binance has a special branch that is only for U.S. traders. It is Binance.us --perhaps you need to create another account on that domain while you are in the US. But unfortunately --Binance.us did not support future trading or does not offer margin.

Futures trading is banned for anyone in the US jurisdiction. The only advantage you have right now is that you are from Turkey and your account is verified using documents from Turkey. So you could just buy a very good VPN service that offers Turkish IP address so that when you relocate to the US, you keep using the VPN service.

You could cash out using p2p exchanges like bisq or the c2c marketplace available in Binance.

Alternatively, you can try using "decentralized" derivatives exchange
like
Like dydx (they still block US IP addresses, again you will have to used VPN. The advantage is, no KYC for now), Apollox DEX, Helix, Read all the terms and conditions first plus DYOR

So, guys what is your advice about it?

If you want to see if/how can you do this legally, a good direction could be to ask Binance's support about this.
If you want to do this, probably going through VPN or remote desktop to your computer in Turkey would be the solutions... until Binance people figure this out.

If you were using the U.S. IP address accessing Binance you will surely get an error message that pops up on your screen.

Keep in mind that using VPN was against their terms, if you'll find out that you've used VPN to bypass geo-restrictions, the circumstances could be suspending your account and freezing your fund.  I tend to agree with the suggestion above, just contact the Binance support team and ask regarding this concern if they've any legal solution.

Though using VPN is legal but it depends where on local laws and regulations.

Futures trading is prohibited for everyone in the United States. But if you want to do future trading there, you can definitely do future trading using VPN system. Then you can deposit money into your account using p2p system. Then you can use p2p system for withdraw. But everything should be used with your privacy. And in case of problem you can contact Binance support team.

Although the US law does not allow your request, you can use a VPN with utmost privacy, and you can run your activities through a third party as alternative You can continue because many of the measures are prohibited in many states, but the process does not stop. All is possible through third parties. You can seek legal assistance or benefit from may come, so the bottom line is that you can continue your activities until you are caught.
Try to follow the advice given by many experienced people above and the ease with which you want to withdraw money is very difficult for now so do your best to protect your privacy.

Using a VPN is very dangerous, beside most popular exchanges won't allow anyone to trade future minus going through KYC. If you are a US citizen. This is where you are going to get stuck.

Another danger is the risk of getting one's money frozen or blocked.

So, I want to continue trading futures in USA and withdraw money easily. So, guys what is your advice about it?

I think you need to make a new account at binance US and simply login your turkish account on Binance Global app will not work.
Also, regarding the withdrawal, you need to create a bank account too in the US and then you may withdraw at the US bank. Or better optin may be to use the P2P and withdrawal to the cash app.

Futures trading is banned for anyone in the US jurisdiction.

I heard that Kraken still alllows it for some users in the US. I don't know how they are able to allow future or margin trading when it is banned in the US  Huh

According from kraken's support article, futures trading is restricted in the USA with no exceptions, see: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023786632-Kraken-Futures-eligibility

I say no exceptions as there is no asterisk beside USA to denote if there is any unlike other countries like UK.

Margin trading however is okay but only if you meet their criteria, see: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061972272-Margin-trading-and-Eligible-Contract-Participant-ECP-self-certification-for-U-S-clients

So perhaps what you heard is about margin trading?
