My own good idea on how to end war is that you have to take authority and dominion over the countrys that war is happening to God almighty first by in praying and praying, then you set up a TV announcement pleading for the war to end, then go through with love and kindness and ask them what happened that came up with this war? I don't know how OP got this idea and he didn't give any example of any country that used this strategy to end a war. During war, the location and movement of Presidents are top secrets that it would take only Putin and some close allies to know his next destination. I think finding the godfather or a close confidant might be able to influence or change the decision of some powerful figures. Because no matter how powerful an individual is, he has somebody he listens to. But Putin's close allies might be the ones that are instigating and supporting this war maybe for personal benefit. The only way to stop this war now is through dialogue and compromise.

Well my opinion is that we can solve and end war through our own selfs in the society before the president even comes for pleading, because we in the society are the future and leaders of tomorrow, any how you react to things around you determine the things we all see around us, we can settle things around ourselves quickly before the president pleading for an end of any on going war, we are expressing a hard  time now in the society, and hard times leads to war and disaster in the society, and if the governments, and the president can look into most of the matters going on in the society, this only can bring to a permanent change among us, and peace, love, for me the only thing that can bring about permanent peace is more love and less ego among our society and the governments, and there should be a change from the government, so they won't dissolve and results to any war.

Even in peacetime, ordinary people like us or countries without visiting presidents cannot know the movements of the presidents. I think OP was drunk when he said these things .

Who is Putin's closest ally? And who is supporting Russia in this war? If you want this fight to stop then you should ask Biden, when he wants it to stop, it will stop immediately. Well, he needs to spy on him and for sure that spy would likely be caught off if that's what he's planning to do. He could ask that boy who tracks Elon Musk's flight schedules and that boy might track Putin's whereabouts.
