Sorry to hear your experience about this casino, I think you can attach an image about the deposit proof, the address of your account in casinoxy and then send a ticket to casinoxy support. This casino doesn't have ANN thread in this forum, so it wouldn't help you that much because most of users in this forum not a casino team or someone that has a link with the other casino developers.

If you want to gamble or using any site, I advice you need to search about the reviews and accusation first, also use this forum to find a complaints in scam accusations board.

Thanks for bringing the experience to save others who would have fall for the same. Please I advise you to provide the casino link in the body of the thread and not at the topic. So that users can easily click the link see the site instead of typing it in the browser search bar.
And also it is not all the casinos that are online are genuine. Most of them are created by fraudulent persons to defraud person. So when you are registering to any casino site, at first don't deposit, you can play around to the site bro know if it is legit.

It's really hard for newbies to just pick out casinos without doing enough research to check their status and reputation, as long as we have bad actors and scammers in the industry we will have more people coming in to report scams.

You can post images here but of course you should hide your names and other personal information (You can edit it easily in paint) you might also share some screenshot if you have from that gambling site. People here would appreciate if you post evidences that would support your accusation, of course it is alarming to know that this gambling site might be scam site but as long as you don't have evidences that would support your accusation as some of us here will not going to believe in you unless you provide it.

You didn't even mention the name of the casino that did such to you neither did you show a prove of what they did to you but I would advice that you post a screenshot of the transactions and what error message you got after depositing as well as the name of the casino.

I'm sorry for your loss @OP, this incident reminds us to deposit a small amount first before going for a huge amount.  At least it will filter any platform that scams the deposit of people such as the casino stated by @OP.  Another thing learned, do google research first about the casino and its review.  If it hasn't been reviewed yet, be skeptical because anything can happen with our funds.

^Definitely right you can cover your information data by blurring some parts of an image. However, this is the reason why screenshots should not consider valid evidence because they could be manipulated or could be edited, it is very simple to edit images now. OP can make a video regarding this and also you can blur sensitive parts of your documents as evidence.
Because accusing without valid proof, is considered as a garbage complaint or probably the gambling casino will charge you for discrimination.

Online gaming has been filled with many scam team lately and only a license alone is not enough for us to take a new casino without any reputation seriously, even though ops did not provide any evidence to back his claims, I still believe there is an element of truth in this whole stories.

From my perspective i think that some casino run scam casino, and i believe that those casino platforms that always happens to be scam don't have to be desperate in KYC verification, so i believe that some people find it very difficult to understand the difference between a legitimate platform of casino gambling and nor legitimate casino gambling, so therefore i believe that without people researching before joining or playing any casino to avoid scammers

How you would know on which one would really be original and the fake one? If you dont know on where to search out for those sources or references or you are just simply that too lazy on finding then you would

really be ending up on this scenario which is something that you should really be avoiding in the first place.People would really be just too mindful on the time that they've been scammed.They arent putting at least some time for you to make some research and considering on how many legit sites that we do have in the market then its really that impossible for you to be able to look for one.

How can you trust an unknown casino and have that much deposit? That's already the red flag sign when they've asked you to deposit into another currency. Because usually, that's how they trick their victims. Promising that they'll return the money but there's a task of giving them another deposit and the cycle goes on.

So you have lost roughly 1300 dollars? This is not really a small amount so you have all the right to be mad about this, however I have never heard about casino and I am sure that I am not going to be the only one in that situation, can you tell us where you found that casino? This is important so other members of the forum keep their eyes open and they do not lose their money in a similar way, as it is likely the scammers behind that casino have many other different scam websites on the internet.
