Then..  result is come winner is "clip23" proof https://twitter.com/MOONBETofficial/status/1605164286514536454 . I not see he/she reply username at thread twitter even with search : https://twitter.com/search?q=%22Clip23%22&src=typed_query&f=live no one post with name clip23. I'm asking for clearly contest, but they are thing am harassment.

When it's about contest and any such tournament, rules is the most important part to become a valid participant. It doesn't matter how good you're, how high your money etc etc, when you didn't follow the rules, the project can easily say you're not a valid participant and they will reward the prize to the other top user who follow all of the rules.

This mean user "clip23" isn't a valid participant even though he place the most bet in their casino.

@OP I support your accusation and I will leave negative tag to their account.

I will be addressing the issue that has been brought up by the OP. First of all, we appreciate that he has brought up an oversight in the contest.

What Happened?

We ran the contest for the World Cup race, where the player who completed the tasks in the original tweet and had the most bets would win $500.

However, as it is the holiday season and the person that originally posted the contest is on holiday, another member of our team posted the "Winner is Clip32" post based solely on their bets placed, not realizing that they had not completed the required Twitter actions to be eligible.

An oversight and a mistake, nothing more than that. Once notified about the issue yesterday, the post was removed so that we could find the true winner, as none of the Top 10 raceboard leaders had completed the Twitter tasks.

The Actual Winner

The winner of the contest is user Jojo21, which will be announced on Twitter today. He correctly filled out the Twitter requirements and had $6,349.21 in bets during the race.





About the OP

While I am happy that the OP brought this oversight to light, I would like to take a minute to say that just because we work online and in crypto casinos, it is not right to be rude to people.

Yesterday, rather than simply explaining that there was an issue, the OP contacted several of our team members to call them "scammers", "clowns", "idiots", etc.

These are real people that have a job and sometimes mistakes can happen. It is just as easy to contact people in a civil manner to point out an issue, rather than being rude and making them feel terrible for a mistake that they made.

another mistake of contest organizers is not publishing table lists for all contest participants.
everything should have been prepared by the organizer for the table of participants. so all participants can find out the order of winners who meet the requirements. if indeed the contest is meant for world cup betting. they should still have all the data.

We had a table for the top 10 race leaders, however none of them had filled the requirements of Twitter to be eligible in the end.

There is a lot of development work that goes on behind the scenes for races, so it is not as simple as just creating a new table.

We have absolutely no reason to lie about who won the contest, as the entire point of the Race is to show players they can win money by betting with us.

Jojo21 had nearly 5x more money bet than the next person who filled out the Twitter requirements. If anybody filled out the Twitter requirements and had over $6,300 in bets on the World Cup, I invite them to contact us.

Are you not able to take screen shoot each participant above, for result wagered? You able, saw you share status Jojo on database.
You need to input username take a screenshot post here. You don't need Dev to coding beatifull table / totally no cost for take screenshot.

Not really, I think @OP has a point here,  if you run a contest, the host should show statistics so that this kind of conflict will be avoided.  @OP is asking for statistics and data transparency because he has doubt about the result which is strengthen by the first announcement of the host where they announced a winner that is not qualified to be included on the event.

I think to solve this issue, the host should provide the table of the participants and their wagered amount, that way all the confusion and doubt will be cleared and this case be close or resolved.

I support this, a contest should be transparent and above suspicious because the reputation of the casino is at stake here, you're not giving away hundreds of thousands of dollars for the contest winner, if you cannot hold it for a hundred worth of dollar what more if you have payouts amounting to thousands of dollars, so be transparent and make your contest transparent and unquestionable, it will become a reference on how you manage your casino.

We were very clear in showing the statistics of all the players that bet in the race. The issue did not come from betting in the race, the issue came from the additional requirement of players to like, retweet, and tag 3 friends in order to be considered eligible for the contest.

Once we were made aware of the fact that the top 10, which were completely transparent, did not fulfill these requirements, we went through to find the next highest bettor that did. We shared that person's betting amounts and the OP was one of the other two players that fulfilled all the requirements. He knows he did not surpass that betting amount. There is no point in sharing his information (unless he wants us to), because he only bet 20% of the what the winner did in the period.

We understand what you are saying and we did not think that players that had bet so much and had an opportunity to win $500 USD would not fulfill the very simple tasks of Twitter. We were completely transparent having the race section on our website for the duration of the World Cup.

You must understand that although we are a Web3 Sportsbook and Casino, we also operate under license and cannot simply share the entire betting history of an account with the public. We have asked the player about sharing any more personal information and they have declined, as they also share betting picks on social channels and do not want their history made fully available.

Our players have a right to some extent of privacy. Would you be happy if all of your personal bets were shared across the internet? Since there was a social media component to this contest, we do not want the player's full history to be available for everyone to see.

We will be removing any social media component to the future Races, so that all the information is transparent on the Race section of our platform.

The thing is you're making a mistake previously by mentioning "clip23" was a winner due to your own careless and since you're not sharing a complete transparency about this contest, it make people are hard to believe. What if you're fake those numbers, of course no one will know it since only internal team have access over it.

If you're saying you don't want to share all of the bets in public because you want to protect your gamblers's privacy, what if you're only share it to @OP and 2 other trusted users in this forum?

You made a mistake, now you should fix it.
You still should have all the data to create a table of leaders who had filled the requirements on Twitter to be eligible to take part in that contest. (Similar to table of leaders who have not met the conditions on Twitter)
I don't think it is that hard to create such a table, and even if it takes some time, just take it as a lesson for the future.
