Hey, I'm attaching some evidence. Playing on one of 1000 non restricted microgaming slots with lower than immortal romance, still see it reflected as immortal romance on tha backend even with a lower minimum bet than immortal romance have on their website.
I have video evidence to share if needed.

Also my original deposit withdrawaL processed an hour ago after 3 days pending.

Is your account still accessible and is the bug still persists even after the bonus was already completed. A video playing with different slots on showing the transaction history that it records as immortal romance will be gonna helpful to establish a case. Huge number of newbies use those casino review site to look for feedback on the casino they are looking for and the problem with this is those site didn't tell the truth since they always put 5 star review especially if they got paid by those scam casinos. Their website has a fatal bug, any Microgaming solt you play gets recorded as immortal romance on the player transaction history.
Immortal romance microgaming slot is forbidden to play with bonus active.

After I completed my wager the casino found out from player history I was playing Immortal romance, even if I didn't.
I send the proof and forced a reply from them they are looking of it.
They confiscated 8500 euros from my winnings, returned 645 euros of my deposit that I tried to withdraw without success.
