Probably taking the risk to shift careers and staying in our comfort zone. I am a family man who will need to provide for the family on daily basis and if I don't get enough money then we have nothing to it. I really want to pursue my career as a programmer as I am sure this is where I can achieve my financial freedom as it has a high-paying salary but again its because I am a family man I can't risk it to like learn or bring back my skills on this for a couple of months because I do have a family to feed and also I want to stay into a comfort zone as I am always thinking that it would be a difficult journey to me. But for now, I really want to prioritize my family needs first before achieving my career so it is between career and family

I can feel you because it’s currently what I am also experiencing right now. Not just because I am a family man too, but also shifting career will create new challenges again which I think I’m not that ready to face. Or maybe I have this mentality to just love what you have right now and settle for it. I know I’m more capable to fit for some new careers but since I have a family to feed and support, then maybe my focus should be them first. But if given chances in the future, then I think I also need to choose a career to where I can be more productive.

How can you save when you have no funds left and are even at a deficit after spending for basic needs?  I think more important than saving is finding an extra job that will enable us to sustain our needs with extra fund in our hands.  Saving is a good thing when we have extra funds to spend.  We cannot save a single cent if our earnings are way lower than our basic needs expenses.

Taking a loan to support a business with a concrete plan how to spend it may be worth of a risk.  One cannot move to another level if he is afraid of any risk or hardship.

The biggest two obstacles for most people that want to reach a point in their lives in which they do not have to work anymore to live are inflation and low wages, low wages basically means that it is very difficult for everyone to save any money as all of it needs to be directed to their basic needs, but then the few which are able to save some money get hit by inflation making more difficult or impossible to keep saving any money, however I would say that right now I am in a decent position and the next bull run will be critical for my financial future.

Even if we do the whole day working and earn huge money at the end of the day but it is out of our mind to save some and plan to invest, all of this money will just be lost into our hands too fast without seeing good results. It all goes to expenses.

Honestly, i am stuck with loans right now which i think my biggest hindrance why i can't achieve financial freedom. But when all of these will be settled, saving would be my first aim so i can start with my dream business that will make me financially stable in the right time. I just have to stay patient this time and just be contented whatever i can afford to have.

Some of the challenges that have kept me back for so long from achieving financial freedom yet include: not having the courage to step out of my comfort zone in search of new opportunities and lacking the knowledge that will enable me to build both my home and myself. I've been withheld by this for far too long. Looking forward to leaving my familiar surroundings and moving to a new location by the beginning of the year, next year. If you are really that contented on what you do have today then you wont really be pushing up yourself to make yourself way more better and having that upgraded lifestyle.If you are contented on being poor and die
being poor then you wont really be minding yourself on doing things like finding ways on getting more income neither via have other sources of income or other similar means.
Financial freedom is something that is really very hard to achieve because it would really be pertaining into lots of trials and errors which you do need to pass on before you would able to achieve
such state.Its not something that you could really achieve if you dont put up much effort and dedication on things and of course on being wise too.

Bad leaders are the obstacle in my financial freedom, because the rich are getting richer while the poor are getting poorer in the society just because the people on power refuse to do the right thing that will benefit the citizens in the environment. They refused to make Bitcoin legal in the country because they know that it will increase citizens financially and eliminate delay in transaction to give people financial freedom but they refused to allow such thing to happen in their regimen. Many people are tired of their Bank system based on the charges they are experiencing from the bankers which is not encouraging and the leaders refuse to take an action to end the situation.

I don't think banning bitcoin in your country is why you can't get rich. If you continue to be active on this forum, it means you can still earn bitcoin even if your country's government bans bitcoin. And one more thing, people who don't use bitcoin and they are also very rich, so it can't be said that banning bitcoin is the cause of your not being financially free. Our biggest obstacle is always blaming others when we can take the time to find a solution to the problem.

I always plan not to go the malls. and when I stay home - I purchase stuff online. I hate myself for all the trash I purchase.

You can shop to your heart's content if you have a high income or you are financially free. I don't think saving can help us get rich, to be financially free, we need to work hard, work hard, do many things to succeed, not save. For me, spending on myself is the right thing to do because we work to earn money for that purpose, don't be too stingy with yourself, and don't think saving will help you to be financially free. Having a large and passive income is called financial freedom.

If you are an adult living in a country where the government does not control what people say or do, the biggest obstacle is your fear to start achieving your financial freedom. Saying it from my own experience, if you want to be financially independent, just be. Yes, sometimes you will be starving, and the other times you will have nowhere to sleep at night, and the other times you will be working hard for weeks with no result. But all of that is nothing in comparison to that disgusting feeling that you are financially dependent on someone.

Those people that are spending much time watching TV and social media, they're just wasting their time not unless they're able to monetize that activity. But most likely, that's just passing time and there's really no way to monetize it unless you're doing social media tasks and ways of earning. It's a big obstacle for those that haven't noticed that it's just making themselves waste a lot of time instead of doing something good and yes, this one activity is just one of the many obstacles that one may face even me.

The first thing to do ..... Buy a cheap cellphone and stay on one contract.... then start to drink less alcohol .... and also, do not drink while you are gambling. People suffer as an result of some kind of vice.... and the things I have mentioned are just 3 of them.

Lack of support, from your family and government is the first reason I could think of, because even though you didn't have the opportunity to finish any degree or even high school, it doesn't mean that you will not be successful. Enough support firstly from your family is very important, because that'll boost your confidence that you need on keep on trying until you succeed.

Support from the Government is important as well, because not all people finished their studies, that's why Government should give them jobs that is suited for them that pays well based on their job and skills.

I do not agree with you that a good financial education would necessarily lead to the fact that the majority would now have their own business. A financially literate person can work in a well-paid job and, by competently managing finances, achieve good results in investing.

Business is not as easy as it seems to many, and a person doing his own business will always spend more time than at work. At the same time, a good job and the position of a top manager can bring very large incomes.

Financial education is very important for the formation of a strong society, but not many states are striving to develop this direction. The responsibility for this in our time should be also on the parents, everyone who wants to give their child a better future should think about this from his early years. Achieving financial freedom will not work if a person does not know how to manage their finances.
