Not good if you are not good with trading, also you have to stay on budget and know that trading is not guaranteed so don’t borrow money that is out of a budget. There are a lot of successful trader who started from a borrowed funds, they took the risk and they win on their trades. I haven’t tried this yet since I save money first before saving, can’t afford to borrow right now.

Even if you are quite good at trading, using borrowed money is not recommended.
I don't know why people want to risk their trading with borrowed money, they must understand that crypto trading is high risk and no guarantee for profits. Moreover, in this bearish market, using borrowed money will end up in losing everything. We may lose both all crypto assets and main money for life necessities. We also will have a debt to other people.

I call those who trade with other people's money stupid. Don't they know how risky trading is? I think it is better not to trade with your own necessary money. Because if you trade with your own necessary money and lose once in the trade, you will be disappointed in real life. And no one should think of making a living with crypto alone, but do a side job work of crypto. And your extra money will be used for this trade. Never trade by borrowing money from others.

This is simply a bad idea, there are money managers which manage the money of other investors and companies in order to try to obtain the biggest profits they can, but this is a specialized profession, as not only you need to be a good trader but you need to know about the taxes you need to pay in the different jurisdictions in which you invest.

Most of the time this will require a team of specialists since it is almost impossible for a single person to know everything they need to know to become effective money managers, but other than them no one else should use borrowed funds to trade the markets.

Should I say scammers? Or just thinking of profit so that if they lose, they will run away. I don't know where they get their confidence in asking for money from others just to trade. I am a trader, but I am scared of asking others to give me money so that I can trade. It is very stressful to gain profit using others' money since you'll always think that you should win and you shouldn't lose because it isn't your money.

It's proving if you're professional and responsible with the others' money, there's many so called professional traders where they promise to return you back few % of your initial deposit for x times. My friend offer that service and there's other my friends give him some money, but when it goes wrong, my friend who become the trader doesn't responsible to give the money back to his friend.

Not to mention, when people ask for loan, they will become very kind. But when the lenders ask to pay the loan, he give 1001 excuse and become very mad.

This is obviously contradicting. If you are fully aware of the high risks of cryptocurrency trading then you will never think about adding another risk factor to your work through borrowed funds. You must always need peace of mind for better decision making but adding another risk factor will definitely influence your results by pressurizing you. So, no one will recommend you to use loans for trading. It is a well known universal fact now.

I as well heard about lots of similar 'promises', but never got chances to hear happy words from the investors after fulfilling those promises. In my experience, committed money may not bring responsibility but will bring more deadlier anxiety.

This is true loan taking for trade adds another pressure on the trader. You want to trade and not lose the loan so you will find yourself always jumping in at anything that looks to you as opportunity because you want to pay up interest coming from the loan. You have to trade in peace of mind and not be in a haste for profit, having hasty mindset is dangerous for trading this volatilie market .

maybe it won't be risky when the loan is made as business capital. but for trading crypto assets, of course, he who makes such a move is a person who takes too much risk.
even if he is a professional trader, but it will not guarantee 100% profit. I once read a story of a trader who made a loan for his trade. although lucky, we do not know whether the luck with the skills possessed can be repeated.
instead, it creates another pressure not to lose in trades that are made. and when trades don't go according to plan, it can create tremendous stress in the head.

Borrowing money for trading is never a good idea. Even if you are an experienced trader, I will not do so. Because the entire cryptocurrency market is currently in a state of flux. So many incidents have occurred, and there are a few more rumors floating around. If the market crashes during trading and you lose everything, it's a suicidal decision. So, always trade with funds that you can afford to lose in any case. Otherwise, the lender will panic and demand that you return the money you lost. Before making a financial decision, please be careful.
For an experienced trader, maybe it's okay for them borrow some money so that they can be able to trade bigger and then make more than usual. They only need to make sure that they will re-pay the loan immediately before their greediness kicks in because shit can happen sometimes especially if we are too overconfident about ourselves.

Newbies on the other hand are still not advised to borrow money because this can only add up to their stress as we know that they are prone to losses. You are right there are still rumours but I hope they will just remain that way because the market is already badly beaten up and maybe there are people who will fcked up if the market doesn't return to normal asap.

The market is highly unpredictable, even for professional traders, I don't believe they can easily make a profit. They are the ones who know the market better than anyone, and I believe they will never borrow to trade, they are not stupid like newbies who have to pressure themselves. To win the market, we need to be smart and decisive in our trading, and if we use borrowed money, I believe we will not be able to reach our full strength because of psychological pressure. In this bear market, finding profits is becoming increasingly tricky, so borrowing money to trade is a bad idea.

Actually it doesn't matter if someone trades using borrowed money, it's just that they bear the risk of experiencing a loss, so that person has 2 burdens. First you have to return the loan funds, and secondly you don't get any profit. Therefore most people will say that using borrowed funds for trading is not recommended. However, it depends if you are capable and master of all aspects and methods of trading, go ahead as long as you can get the money back on time. Whether it's wise or not, in my opinion, so far using your own money is taking risks that don't involve other parties and that's much better.

In investment and most likely in trading always do not borrow money just to make a trade or invest that you really don't know where to start makes sure you prepare yourself first for the knowledge and fundamentals of this kind of thing to make sure you know how to make a proper execution by that you can still manage to make a profit to those trades and brings back your debt plus interest if there's  of it, well not all the time the debt is bad but make sure you know how to properly manage it.

It is the trading experience that is the determining factor when deciding to trade with borrowed funds. And it is not necessary to remind about the high risks associated with trading on borrowed funds. If you have not achieved stable profit trading on the spot market, then you should not get involved with credit funds, since in this case you will lose more than trading with your own funds.

Most people who came into sudden wealth in cryptos didn't trade it. They only invested and hedl for a while and when price increased they sold off. Those who trade cryptos gradually gather profit but not the way those who bought and didn't chase little profits would. It's so you know that those nouveaux riches are investors and not traders.

Quote

Well, for me what matters is the set skills for trading. Once you've got it, it really shouldn't matter whether one is trading on borrowed funds or self saved capital. The reason being that those who've acquired the set skills hardly lose the start up capital, even when they suffer occasional losses.

If not fully dependent in trading alone then having some debts can be fine especially if we have other sources of income like a monthly paying job or business since we know we will be able to pay back our debts in time but if only rely on trading then better start at small with your own money than risk the money of others to avoid more troubles in future. It's hard to risk already our money what more if it's others money. We can start small in trading and make it big little by little when won.

In my opinion, It's not wise to use other people money or something that you lend to be used as a funds in trading or anything related in crypto. Personally I don't like borrowing money unless it's an emergency and a life and death situation. My idea is using other people money can put you into pressure into not losing and sometimes make your original plan unfollowed. I don't like putting additional weight from the risk of trading this is why I don't recommend people to use other people money into trading even if they have the necessary experience in trading.

Today there are many conveniences offered for everyone to take a loan, that is the root of why so many businesses or trades or whatever is done from the proceeds of the loan.
Maybe it will be minimized when we have jobs other than trading, but that is also not a solution if trading from borrowed money. For example, I trade using money from loans, and let's say it's safe to meet my daily needs because I have income from other jobs that I do. If you look at it at a glance, there really won't be a problem. But if we consider the losses we get in trading, it will affect the financial side. Previously, maybe we could meet our daily needs, but now it will increase by having to pay the money we borrowed earlier. It will be a burden on our finances.

Borrowing money to trade is a bad idea, it also depends on where you are going to trade with the money and also have good knowledge to do it. But my advice, you shouldn't do it if you don't have very reliable knowledge in trading, especially in the crypto world which has a very fatal risk if the results don't match your expectations.
it will stress you out because you will still be paying back your loan with interest if any, and it is up to you and come back with knowledge because knowledge is the key to success even though you will have some failures. And you also have to be prepared to take risks that should be considered if it doesn't work out.

It is true that some people have become rich through crypto trading in the recent times. But considering the high risk involved in trading, do you think it's proper/wise to trade with borrowed funds as your capital irrespective of your trading experience?
First of all, do not ask for any loan just because you are. envy to other people. Being envy to other people is not good we all have our own pacing, do not loan just because others are doing this. If you are going to loan then this must be called your first act of gambling. All in all, if it not worth it do not spent too much on it learn to manage your net worth and you will become a good manager for us.
