Why do people still believe France can't win Spain, I came across a post that Lamine Yamal said they are going to win Spain, that they have knocked them out before so they will still do it, I only smiled at that post, he should take a look at then France and this current France there's a huge difference, they were very lucky to have pass Portugal, had it been Portugal played like a team there was no way Spain Could have won that game, but I bet they ain't getting such luck on France, as I'm very much certain this is the end of the road for them.

I believe both teams still have a very good chance of winning this match. It must be acknowledged that France does have an exceptional squad right now, there’s no doubt they have a strong chance of winning. But we can’t look at it from just one perspective, the fact is that Spain has performed quite consistently so far, Lamine Yamal and his teammates won’t make this an easy match for France. This World Cup has truly been unique, quite a few of the favorites have ended up losing.

Once again, Merino proved to be the game changing super sub in Spain’s victory over Belgium. Merino was Luis de la Fuente’s trump card. Just as the match seemed headed for a draw, Luis de la Fuente brought in Merino to secure the win, and his decision once again proved to be the right one.

Lamens was devastated and heartbroken because he was making his World Cup debut, only to concede a goal that led to Belgium’s elimination. As for Courtois, he was in tears because he was unable to lead Belgium to the semifinals, and this might very well be his last World Cup.

Spain will face France in the semifinals, and this is the most intriguing matchup to see who will advance to the final. For France, facing Spain is a chance for revenge, as they were eliminated by Spain in last year’s UEFA Nations League semifinals.

if Morocco plays open football against France, they won't have a chance at all. In 2022 Morocco played more boldly because France was somewhat weaker. I think Morocco's only hope now is to hold out until penalties. although France probably understands this too and will try to settle the matter in regular time. especially since they have chances and create them very well.

I already knew this match will end this way. France where really informed and they came prepared, they played as if there whole life depend on today's match. All thanks to Kylian Mbappe  who open the first scoring in the 60th minute and also Ousmane Dembele who doubled the France's lead in 66th minute. I know Morocco fought very hard and had spells of possession but they couldn't break through from Frances defense. Congratulations to France.

France is a complete national team, very rigid, and plays very well in almost all areas of the pitch, Mbappe was truly incredible, he is a player who transforms with the national team, really strong, truly at a higher level than the others, and when he takes the pitch it shows great.

Very good analysis but I will go against you and say that Belgium will be the on to qualify further and end the domination of Spain. Why ? not because Belgium is better because its clear that they are not but the insane amount of luck they have in this tournament is unreal and I can't go against it no matter what. I saw Belgium rising since 2014 as football nation and 2026 might be the year when they finally achieve gold.

Spain dominated, but not too much, in fact they managed to qualify thanks only to Belgium's injury, this team absolutely could have gone ahead, i don't understand how anyone can believe they can go ahead and hope to beat France if you played like this against Belgium, they will never make it.

Norway vs England tonight, I really fancy England to qualify for the semi final but Haaland will be there waiting, should be a great game.

This is a big match and is sure to be highly intense. The English defenders will have to mark Haaland closely because he’s extremely dangerous. Moreover, Haaland knows the English defenders very well since he plays in their league. In this match, all eyes will be on Haaland and Kane, as both are the top scorers for their respective teams. It will be interesting to see whether Haaland and Kane will score in this match and which team, Norway or England, will advance to the semifinals.

Once again Spain won by a 1-goal margin but, to be honest, I wasn't particularly impressed with their performance. Let's not forget that Belgium were playing without Tielemans, which was playing a great tournament (besides being the captain), and then Courtois got injured, and that completely changed everything. For sure France vs Spain is probably going to be the most interesting match of this whole World Cup but France look quite superior to Spain, they really impressed me.

The Spanish national team actually performed very well by dominating over the Belgian national team. And they managed to control possession overall by a wide margin. But I think their problem was their inability to create many scoring opportunities to generate more goals. They only managed to score two goals in this match, where both of which came from rebounds or were the result of Belgium’s defense failing to secure the ball after it had slipped past their goalkeeper. However Spain was very fortunate to score another goal in the second half just minutes before the final whistle. That goal propelled them to the next round, where it allowing them to win easily without having to expend energy in extra time or even a penalty shootout. Next they’ll face France in the semifinals. I personally having a hard time predicting which team will dominate the match. But I think I’ll be able to predict the outcome if I look at the first half first to get a clearer picture.
