I used Google Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Edge... also VPN, socks etc...
I have sent them 40 support messages but no answer on 2 months !
What should i do? I don't have the secret private key recovery phrase... only email/ID and password.

Nope. Yahoo mail is almost same in terms of email speed to gmail since the text doesn’t requires too much data to transfer it. An hour delay for email to receive is obviously a problem by the blockchain.info email automated reply itself and not yahoo. I’m still using my old email address and I don’t encounter such problem when I use it to verify on my games account.

Blockchain.info support is so slow to response which is a clear indication that there’s a communication problem on there side including email verification.

Sending 40 messages pisses off any underpaid customer support employee, so you're probably at the bottom of their pile.

Unless he has an e-mail notification when he receives a PM, it is unlikely that he will be of any help to the OP, given that he has not been active since July 29, 2022. I thought email notification for PMs is the default setting. It might work.
