It is important to be careful when someone is brought here to promote a newly created website. I checked the domain registration date and found it was registered on 2022-12-27.

Are you affiliated with this website in any way? Because how did you find such a new website? It is quite suspicious that you are trying to promote a website that was registered a day ago.

Be careful about linking our metamask wallet to an unknown site, it could be stealing our funds. I would rather wait for the known and reputable gambling casino for their web3 launch which I think it is safer than this. This is a pure free ad that OP wanted, it is not even making an announcement thread for this instead for the formal presentation. A possible reason OP created this thread is that Op was affiliated.

The bad part of this is that now compulsive gamblers can drain their wallets to 0 if they choose to, but before that they were able to do the same just with a bit more hassle.

That's actually what is the most alarming of such feature, it might be convenient way to others but not for everyone. Most casinos today have "Responsible gambling/gaming" which to reduce the negative effect in gambling and here another "feature" just to justify the "convenience" of "no deposits required".

In any case, always do not use your main wallet if you need to connect MetaMask to any site, just create a new one and transfer to it the amount that you do not mind losing in gambling, it does not matter what the site uses, it is important which browser you use.

That's about DEXs. However, connecting your web3 wallet to an unknown site could lead to your funds being stolen.

Have you ever heard about wallet drainers? This is a few lines of JavaScript code that first asks you to connect your wallet and then it'll ask you for spending permission once you give that permission/click on "Allow" your funds will be transferred to the scammer's wallet. ( many people have lost their funds in this scam)

But be careful if you connect your wallet to a casino site because apart from making sure the casino site is really safe, we also have to pay attention to every transaction there.

I do not recommend using the main wallet for gambling because it contains all the coins you have and if anything happens, you can lose your coins. It's better to have another wallet specifically used for gambling so it won't interfere with activities in your main wallet.

I'd rather create an account with an email and password at a new casino as long as it's legitimate than connect my wallet to a gambling platform that has no attraction for me and used to be mine. Then why don't you think bad about this gambling platform that you can only play one game?

@OP, your subject title is misleading, when I saw no deposit required, I actually thought there was some kind of faucet built into the casinos that one would get funds from to gamble with, so it doesn't require me spending my money  .
Maybe a better title would have been something like - ethgames.fun! An on-chain casino where you bet directly from your wallet.

also the minimum bet is 0.01 ETH

And secondly, 0.01 ETH minimum bet is outrageous, this is absolutely scammy if you ask me, I would trust a casino with such a high minimum bet, look more like they just want quickly grab as much money as they can and zoom off, I will let this one pass.

I've heard of OWL casino in this forum but never played there, maybe next time I'll visit it, anyway I didn't see anything interesting about this casino maybe because they use ETH network and it's still relatively new, so they need positive feedback to be able to get sympathy from the community in this forum of course

It is obvious, you don't need to move your coins or token because their site is already connected to your wallet.  so every time you bet, the amount wagered is deducted directly to your fund and when it wins, the reward is also directly sent to your fund.  That is the beauty of the web3 application.  But the downside is that if the site is a hacking site, it will drain your fund because you have given authority to the site to access your wallet directly.  So better be careful and make sure that the site is trusted or reputable enough before you entrust the access to your wallet.

Probably a Decentralized gambling site where you only need to connect your wallet, there are site like this slready and the only issue here is the other terms for this site so better to read everything about this site before playing, and if you can’t see anything then probably something is going on with this site and yes be more cautious.

This is what makes on-chain gambling site risky especially if it's new or less information though on-chain doesn't require deposit which is a good start but it doesn't mean we can trust it right away. I am fully aware of that but I did check the site that's why I agree with most many of the comments here that they don't have much information about their site. I also don't want to connect my wallet to that site knowing that the site is suspicious and the one who posted the site also mentioned that op came across this site made me thinking that op could be shilling this site. Thanks for the heads uo but I am already cautious from that site after reading some comments here.
