Being healthy is my only resolution for 2023, what's yours?

Just to try & be a good person, try to be the best version of myself. I’ll try to work hard & be nice to all people around me. I haven’t got a set resolution in particular, I just want to try & be the best version of myself. I hope 2023 will be a good year for me & my family.

in 2021 i get success related to this forum and live better then. but everything has changed when entering 2022 many failures have always befallen me to this day.
my hope and resolution in 2023 I will be better than the failure I got in 2022 and become successful again in the crypto field. and of course my own health is the most important.
and I hope that in the coming 2023 everyone here will be even better than the previous year.

Unfortunately, New Year resolutions don't stick for most people. But if they do for you, just find something that will improve your life for better. Doesn't have to be a big thing. Even quitting too much sugar or carbs is enough to do a great thing for your health longterm.

I think it is important to set New Year’s resolutions and really keeping those goals realistically. Traditionally there would be an endless list and none of the goals would be accomplished. There are goals that you can set for yourself. Look ahead at the big picture for the year.
Staying focused on the goals that you have the time, cash flow, and energy to do. There is that circle of friends even family, a network that can help achieve goals for the new year. Goals like maintaining health through continuing to exercise and eating healthy.
Spending more time with peers and friends can be a goal to strengthen the bond. Setting aside ten minutes a day in silence can help the heart and spirit. Planning and starting out small can be a start and even make you a better person.

I don't think new years resolutions is the greatest way to think about improving your life. I think if you -really- wanted to change some aspect of your behaviour, you would not wait for an arbitrary date.
