As much as I am amazed to see two votes for my entry from a seemingly random newbie account, I would be in favor to exclude accounts with no trade history and just a handful of meaningless posts so far
- unless someone trusted jumps in and explains it's their uncle/mom/kid/etc. that just signed up.

though they may count as they do seem to meet the time frame - so dunno?
