What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want?

Currently we offer level-up bonuses for our VIP and rakeback. However, due to popular demand, we are looking to implement weekly and monthly bonuses as well. Do you guys happen to have any recommendations for a formula we should use in determining what an appropriate weekly/monthly bonus should be?

Punt had been running site for years now and I think it is good in your side to ask the community here since Bitcointalk add more client and player to your company.
but I think it is the rakeback percentage that matters to majority of bitcointalk users.

Yeah attaining a VIP rank is not a one-day job and as a consistent player one can be sure to reach that level and it doesn't matter whether or not a player is a newbie/small player today what matters is the zeal and target of such players and in no time if consistent persistent is applied before you know the small players will also accumulate enough bets volumes to increase his/her percentages in rakeback. So whichever way it is a win-win for all but the only thing required is persistent and hard work it is an open market for all and the higher you wager the higher your percentage returns even though a VIP payback ratio may be higher but it still balls down to the amount wagered individually that will determine the rakeback amount the players will get.

Becoming a VIP member has a lot of requirements to meet. In this case huge amount of gambling has to be done and here comes the question of huge loss and profit. And a platform doesn't have too many vip members.  So if a platform's bonus system is only for vip members then gamblers will not be very interested in it. But in that case I think everyone will prefer weekly bonus system over monthly bonus system.

Time and money that those VIP spent is worth rewarding, they stay and become loyal users and whatever they are gaining as VIP from the house it's a good complementary from the owner recognizing how good the relation in between, they will keep on playing to achieved the ranks and they will spend not just their money but also their time and effort to play, either sports gambling or casino betting it will earn them wagering equivalent and it's good for both sides.

Casino will earn with H.E or if the gambler is unlucky, they will lose their bankroll while in the process, along the way, it will be a give and take especially for big whales or regular gamblers who also enjoying all the perks that the house will provide.

VIP players are VIPs for a reason, if the benefits are the same for everyone what would be the point of "loyalty programs"?

You are not the VIP in any casino, and I feel like you don't gamble at all! In many casinos, there are "benefits" for all the players, but of course, the higher levels (VIPs) get better ones. Besides wagering, which is important for many things when it comes to gambling, there are other things from preventing abusers to "just claim free money and abuse bonuses of any kind". It's a simple thing, people who deposit and actually play should have more benefits, as it is... So I am not sure why you feel excluded if you don't "wager" enough.

Free stuff is always nice, so something similar to wheel of fortune in freebitcoin but with a twist. Maybe just reward people that have leveled enough in your site by adding them to weekly lottery automatically. Higher the level you are, more raffle tickets you would have weekly. You would automatically participate into it, no need for login or klicking. That would be one way to incite players to level up.

Just gamble and enjoying is the right thing to do. When we look for increasing our rank surely this gonna hurt. Maybe one out of 50 gets lucky and reaches the next ranks in an easier way through wagering done to reach next level. Everyone knows well, it is the small increase in the rakeback and bonuses, but the mind always tempts to increase the level. If I'm not wrong, most of the gamblers will have this urge.

I think the same when it comes to the VIP ranks on casino. On paper they look really nice with all the advantages you get, the problem is that you first need to reach these levels. This is going to require a lot of capital, time and dedication to reach. In the past I tried to play with the sole focus on reach higher ranks to get a better cashback, but that wasn't really profitable for me. In the end I spend more money that I wanted and lost most of it in the process to reach a highe rank. It's more important now for me to stick to my usualy gambling routine and stay within my comfort zone. For the whales among us it's a nice to have feature like this at the casinos, but I think they will reach the VIP status just by actively gambling and don't need to focus it. For me personally the best kind of bonusses would be monthly bonuses that are not linked to the amount I gamble. It would be nice to also reward gamblers who play regularly but with only smaller amounts. Having different reward systems in place for all types of gamblers will make the casino much more attractive and helps to build long term customers. And maybe one day the regular small gambler will become a whale and keep sticking around his favourite casino.

Every legitimate casino that do offer rake back will certainly give what their players deserve. They won't just show that they have a rakeback but, they're obliged to do it because that's what they've shown to their customers. For gamblers who reached the highest VIP level, they can use the rewards as an additional fund for their bankroll, we mostly see whales who really spent huge amount of money inside the casino, they are playing either to enjoy or they are really aiming for a huge potential of winning more money. They are capable of growing their bankroll with the wagering bonuses that they received and with skills plus luck.

The chance of winning/collecting good profits after playing is something that keeps them playing, both for fun and for money that they
