I do not know if it is "lucky" that I have not registered because the offer that OP shows with BTCGOSU.COM with a 100% bonus up to $250 is quite attractive, regardless of whether or not we are followers of the mentioned review page.

Every casino management and development team must always make progress in developing their casino with the aim that it can become a decent casino and be able to compete with other casinos that are already established and have many loyal users in it.

Edit: I've just checked with our game provider team and you're right, Play'n Go is still not live. We're in the process of onboarding them, but it may take a couple weeks until everything is tested. Without a doubt the biggest problem in casinos in recent times has been the lack of training that support guys have shown when customers contact them, in most cases customers realize that the support guy doesn't have information on more than 90 % of the casino stuff, they always say things like: I will forward this matter to department X or Z. something unfortunate



OP, welcome to the forum, most casinos have been using TOS and KYC to withhold people's funds always with arguments that customer X was caught doing suspicious activities, I would like to know in your casino what you will consider by activities suspicions? I also hope that in your casino the support guys have training that allows them to know almost everything about the casino and manage to provide a good support service

Sounds not good right when we talk to support but they cant answer and they need to forward it to other people in their team? I was thinking the same in the past but I started to understand that it is what customer support (especially live chat support) for. Live chat support is just to help users for most basic things, more complicated issues will be taken by others. For something that they cant handle, it is obvious that live chat support need to forward it to the related department who is in charge to solve the issue.

I was trying to reset my password but accidentally entered the wrong email address, surprisingly, after hitting the "reset" button, a pop-up window appeared notifying me that an email containing instructions on how to reset my password will be sent to my email address!
Not that it's that important, but I think it would be better to inform the user that the provided address is not registered in case he is not aware of his mistake.

I missed getting a slot in the review campaign, I am just seeing the announcement because I have not been active in the service section of late.

Not that it's that important, but I think it would be better to inform the user that the provided address is not registered in case he is not aware of his mistake.
Have experienced the same thing on other gambling sites but the link to change the password actually won't be sent to the wrong email address but we are a little troublesome because we have to remember the exact email used to register. This can be used as material for your review because I see you are also a member who gets a spot in the review campaign so coinslotty can fix it and as far as I can see the coinslotty campaign review thread is very responsive to every issue that arises.

I missed getting a slot in the review campaign, I am just seeing the announcement because I have not been active in the service section of late.
-But I will keep an eye on this thread not to miss the next big announcement and I hope to see coinslotty launching a more holistic campaign that will spread such news accross many boards around the forum.
-But anyway, I wish everyone selected for the review campaign a great time on coinslotty going forward.
I have also missed this review campaign event, usually I always look at the service board, but some time ago I was too busy to be active in this forum, but like to make reviews about casinos on forums and it seems not many casinos make campaigns like this even though reviews users are important to be able to improve the casino for the better I think it would be good to see this thread for other events that may be held in the future

I checked the first page and saw the Play'nGo provider there but I can't find it on the site
Play'n Go is one of the popular providers so it would be better if it is available here.

Edit: I've just checked with our game provider team and you're right, Play'n Go is still not live. We're in the process of onboarding them, but it may take a couple weeks until everything is tested. I'll update the front page so that we only communicate those providers that have been currently launched, I just need to liaise with our designer Smiley

I even managed to win 174.3 µBTC ~4.2 USD, which require a 50x wagering within one month, which of course is not realistic for me, but for someone it will be quite easy to do, in any case, the free spins are a nice bonus. Smiley
