The beating of Abderrazak Hamdallah because they lost to a better side Al Hilaal was a terrible sight to behold. Such incidence can discourage many notable players from going to Saudi. No, it will be changed since the recent announcement came from SPL to make sure it will efficient in buying the new players. There will be no stupid things like buy players with non sense price. Things have been changing a lot since saudi has got its main target to hold world cup 2030.
