Al-Nassr weren't successful in the beginning of the season and they suffered four defeats after all costing them the title. Al Itihad owners are idiots or what? I read yesterday some news about them going to buy Salah from Liverpool. Well that is nothing wrong with that, but when we know he only left 1 year  in the contract with Liverpool why are you not gonna wait one more year and avoid to pay a ton of money for him?

Saudi football is full of rich people or billionaires who invest their money for fun and satisfaction, they will do anything with their money and never mind.
Moreover, Salah is not an easy player to get, he was given an offer to play in the SPL since last season but he rejected it and preferred to stay with Liverpool so getting Salah was not an easy thing.
If we only talk about money then it is clear that Saudi will be able to provide large amounts of money compared to staying with Liverpool but this is not just about money but about how Salah can get the title.
