Every club in the Saudi League has strengthened their teams in such a way that it is difficult to distinguish between the big teams and the smaller teams. Ronaldo and Nasser play for the club and some other star players have joined the Al Nasser club so we consider this club as a strong club but outside of that there are clubs like Al Hilal and Etihad who have been performing very well. No match for Al Nasser is easy, every match requires a lot of hard work and proper planning to win. One season Al Nasser is the champion, another season Al Ittihad is the champion and another season Al Hilal is the champion, so there is still competition in this league and that is definitely a good thing.
It's easy, in order to know which are the big teams and which are the smaller teams depend on how much money they have, if they have a lot money, they're big teams and they able to sign European players. There's a competition in this league, but a competition among B class teams. Tongue

If there's an A class team joined the league, they can easily win the league.

If judge it based on money, I think most of the SPL teams can be categorized as big teams because many of them have very adequate finances and can easily bring in European players.
I think that currently almost all SPL team have developed very well and almost all team have their mainstay players who are players who previously came from Europe, in the next season or two it is very likely that the SPL will become even more popular.
They are busy trying to bring in European players, several names in every transfer window that is opened always receive attractive offers from several team, in the future these players will definitely come to increase competition in the SPL.

Al Hilal, Al Nassr, Al Ittihad, Al Ahli and also Al Taawon are the dominant teams which are quite competitive in the competition for the title even though there are also several other teams which previously were able to perform optimally like Al Shabab, but unfortunately they performed with decline in the season.
If in the future the competition becomes very fierce then getting the title will not be an easy matter because they will maintain each other stable performance which can be used as determinant in winning the title.

Indeed, one of the things that allows us to say that they are a big team is the finances they have and we can see that. Apart from that, big teams can usually compete very closely at the top of the standings because they usually have many quality players who can help the team play to be at the top of the standings.

However, finances do not necessarily make them have the title of a big team, because some teams that have very good finances do not necessarily compete at the top. So this is something we have to explore further to say which are the big teams and which are the ordinary teams.

Likewise, teams with finances that are considered ordinary can sometimes also compete at the top, even though some of them also have problems with consistency. The Saudi Pro League has a rich team and that has been confirmed by their movements in the transfer market for example.

The opinion you expressed is not wrong, friend. Because Al Nasr certainly needs young players to make the team better. But the problem is, currently young European players definitely don't want to play for Al Nasr or other Arab clubs, even though the salaries are very high. Because of course these young players want to pursue achievements at big European clubs. So it will definitely be very difficult for Al Nasr or other Saudi Arabian League clubs if they want to bring in young players from Europe. Then talking about local players, of course there are many young Saudi Arabian (local) players who are willing to play at Al Nasr. However, the problem is whether it would be good for Al Nasr if they brought in local players. The reason is that currently Al Nasr has many top European players, but it is still very difficult for Al Nasr to become champions of the Saudi Arabian League. Well, especially if many of Al Nasr's players come from local Saudi Arabia, you can be sure that Al Nasr will have even bigger problems. That's why Al Nasr is focused on bringing in defenders from Europe who are quite old like Ramos in the transfer market this season. Because this is the easiest path for Al Nasr to take. And if it works then the results can be said to be quite good.
Well, what Al-Nassr needs right now are players who are experienced and have undoubted performance. Because Al-nassr has fierce competition in the SPL. So they must first build a strong squad, even if they bring in more European players. And Sergio Ramos is actually a defender who can be expected to make Al-Nassr's defense more solid. So I hope Al-Nassr can get this player. Because the current condition of Al-Nassr's defense is still far from solid. Because we can see from the large number of goals scored by Al-Nassr.

Al-Nassr may be solid up front but their defense was still a mess last season. And actually Al-nassr has been approaching Ramos since the start of last season. but at that time Ramos chose to play at Sevilla. But with Ramos now leaving Sevilla, maybe Al-Nassr will have a big opportunity to try to get this player again. But news last month stated that Ramos was interested in a club from the United States, namely San Diego FC
Yes, with Al Nasr's current weak defense, Al Nasr really has to bring in defenders who can overcome this problem. You don't need to look at age, the most important thing is that the player really has good quality and very extensive experience and that player is of course Ramos. Apart from that, if for example Ramos was interested in moving to the MLS league and joining San Diego FC, I think that would be a little less good. The reason is that San Diego FC is a new club in MLS, and the team will only be founded in 2023. So I think this is a rumor that is unlikely to happen. Because of course a player like Ramos cannot possibly be interested in a club that has just been founded. In fact, from the media reports I have read, San Diego FC currently does not have a truly complete coach or players.

Quote
Currently San Diego FC doesn't even have a complete squad. There is no coach yet, in fact only three players have joined.
Source: https://sport.detik.com/sepakbola/bola-dunia/d-7339952/sergio-ramos-bakal-gabung-klub-yang-bahkan-belum-eksis

So let's think about it, is it possible for Ramos join a club whose future is still uncertain like this, I don't think so. So instead of moving to San Diego, I think it would be better for Ramos to just move to the Saudi Arabian League, namely to Al Nasr. Because at Al Nasr he will definitely be given a high salary and more decent facilities.

The reason is that Al Nasr currently really needs a defender like Ramos. Because if we talk about Al Nasr's forward players, you could say they are perfect, because there are big names like Ronaldo and Mane. However, when talking about defensive players, it is clear that Al Nasr this season has been very messy. So because of this, if Ramos joins Al Nasr, he will definitely have a very important role.

Overall, the Saudi Pro League clubs have adequate financial strength, in fact 4 of them have abundant financial strength because they are owned by PIF. Saudi has a longvterm target by investing in football, they want to make the league develop and become more competitive, slowly they will be able to make it happen. Currently, the gap is still very visible between the clubs owned by PIF and other Saudi Pro League contestants, because their financial strength is very different. But generally speaking, things like this don't only happen in the Saudi Pro League, but also happen in the top five European leagues.

It's true, it's very easy to differentiate, by looking at the depth of the squad he have, we can find out which clubs are elite and which are mediocre clubs. On the other hand, even though the gap is still very visible between fellow contestants, I think the competition for the Saudi Pro League trophy will get fiercer every season. Apart from that, former top European players will be a priority for Saudi Pro League clubs to recruit, the aim is to increase the league prestige in the eyes of the world. Many hope that Al Nassr will be successful next season, they will reportedly recruit several top European players to fill the defense line.

Al Nasr is a great club. Al Nasr's performance is good. Al Nasr, no less than Al Hilal. In my opinion, Al Nasr's performance will be better next season. Al Hilal or Al Ahli will be the opponents to look for the title of Saudi Pro League. But I support Al Nasr. Because they didn't bring home any title last season, so my idol player will definitely try to do well.
Al Hilal will be much stronger if Neymar returns to the club and therefore Al Nasr must prepare strong and well.
Yes, Al Nassr is a big club and they are playing well, it's just that this season they are no better than Al Hilal which means they have failed in all competitions. Several times they faced Al Hilal, they always got unsatisfactory results this season, even their last chance to become champions failed because they lost to Al Hilal in the King's Cup final. This makes them have to swallow a bitter pill because they cannot be better than Al Hilal this season.

Next season they will try their best to play better, one of the steps they are taking now is trying to target several well-known players in Europe who play as defenders. Several names also emerged, such as Antonio Rudiger from Real Madrid and even Virgil Van Dijk from Liverpool. but until now I have not heard whether they have established communication or not. What is clear is that now they are trying to bring in defensive players to improve their position in the back line which has been their problem this season.

I feel like Benzema would still be better next season, he just had a bit of a problem with adjustment period. I believe that we are going to see him do better, because he will be able to adjust better, it's been a while since he has been there, so it should be fine.

I think the best thing about him is that he is a great scorer, and he should be able to still score a lot of goals, he was never the quickest or the strongest, he has the technique and positional ability to know where he should be. As long as he does that, he should be fine and I do not think that it would be all that bad for him. Just let him do whatever he wants to do, and he should be able to actually provide some goals for his team eventually without a doubt.
It seems very unfortunate if we see a great player like Benzema underperforming and he should be able to be a leader for his colleagues. But what we have seen so far is that he often has problems in the dressing room and even clashes with his current coach.

I don't know for sure what caused Benzema to be like this and when compared to his former teammate at Real Madrid, namely Ronaldo, he is even more enthusiastic in every match and always tries to win. Well, I think after leaving Real Madrid, Benzema will still be at his best even if this is only the Saudi league and we have all misjudged him so far. But as you would expect, I also want to see him perform well again in the next season with Al-Ittihad.

There are some interesting news and rumors about Al Ittihad. It seems Al Ittihad is still trying to hire more superstar players because Benzema was not the player they wanted to see and they couldn't get good results with this player.
Some players like Son Heung-min, Federico Chiesa, and Salah are linked to Al Ittihad however nothing is confirmed yet but I think Al Ittihad is very close to Salah considering his situation in Liverpool.

Al lttihad need more players that can help them to play better next season, they do not have better players as Al Nassr and Al-Hilal that won the league last season. If Al lttihad want to be contenders for the league when next season starts they should be very busy buying some players from Europe because they are those with a better players and with the sum of money that they will be offering, they can get very good players that will be willing to play for them and improve their team. Mo Salah is good to be a very good signing and if he is willing to move to Saudi pro league, he should be Al lttihad top choices because he can help the team with creating chances for them to score. Benzema needs assistance and Mo salah can help him but they should not stop there, there are more players available that can help the club to win the league next season.

Having only one player, one superstar player in the squad is definitely not going to be enough ever to actually win anything. Benzema is not that great of a striker I know a lot of people are going to disagree but it is the truth. Known for missing more than he is known for scoring. He was in good form and that's why the Saudi club decided to bring him in. But soon they had to realize that having only Benzema was not going to be enough for them. They need to get more players in. And by that I mean get more popular players who are still able to perform well. By doing that they will probably be able to compete for the Saudi Pro League title. Still might not get as good enough as Al Nassr or Al Hilal though.

Talking about Benzema, who is currently failing to make a contribution to Ittihad, it seems like this could have been predicted beforehand because he is too old and no longer as productive as before, even though his age is not much different from Ronaldo, but from my opinion, Ittihad is actually not Benzema's goal and I see Benzema not comfortable appearing with Ittihad so he can't perform like in a European club.
Rumors about Moh Salah, Chiesa and Son Heung-min seem to be just rumors because these 3 players still want to stay in Europe and there are some of these players who are really being defended by their clubs, such as Moh Salah, who is currently really being defended by Liverpool because he is one of the players they can rely on and Liverpool's new coach also really wants Moh Salah to stay.

If Ittihad wants to get more European players for now it will be a little more difficult except for older players like Sergio Ramos who might be able to accept Ittihad's offer.

Yes, it could have happened but without strong support from other players and if you look back at how Benzema's performance actually still looks good but he does not get great support from other players and we can compare from Ronaldo who gets great support and also Aleksandar Mitrović who has Big support from other players so that they can score in large quantities.
I think Ittihad must understand this and immediately look for new players to be a player who can support Benzema to score big scores in the coming season.
Ittihad needs a number of midfielders from Europe and at least can bring in new players who have performed with Benzema will give a positive ministry.

I actually believe that Benzema can be better but it all depends on how Ittihad's efforts to give what Benzema wants because as a professional player will not be able to look brilliant without the help of other players and I will look forward to whether ittihad can later bring new players who can giving changes to Benzema's performance but certainly if Benzema has found a great opportunity in this SPL, he will be a reliable player like Ronaldo.

Star players are only to help the team as a whole, but if you say that just having one star player is not enough to bring them to the championship, I don't agree with this. The reason is that in a team, it is not just the star players who are the factors that lead them to achieve success, but more than that, one of them is excellent teamwork from all positions. If that can be done, then even without star players I think they will be able to become champions.
Will having lots of star players guarantee you will be champions? I don't think so, many star-studded teams have failed to become champions, we can see that in mainland Europe. So in my opinion the most important thing is teamwork, it's useless if you have lots of star players but in terms of game they can't work together well. This is not an individual game, this is a team game, so teamwork is more required, and star players are only an added value.

Although Saudi Arabia is famous as a rich country, but I think there is still inequality that occurs in the league today, we cannot assume that if all the teams in Arabia are rich teams like Al Nassr, no different from the clubs in other leagues there's a big teams and weak team, of course we will also find significant differences both in terms of finances and the performance of clubs in the Saudi Arabian League so far, Small team teams are also  entitled to recruit foreign players to their team according to the quota that has been set by the league authority, but we can also see that foreign players recruited by small team teams are certainly not expensive star players like Ronaldo, Benzema and Neymar today.

The competition in the SPL began to be very competitive next season after teams such as Al Nassr, Al Ittihad and Al Ahli this season fell far behind Al Hillal, so that indeed made them start looking for and eyeing European star players to be able to make their squad stronger next season, competitive competition of course guarantees to make the league even more interesting because indeed many teams have the same chance to become champions.
Such disparity of teams exists in almost every league. If you follow the English Premier League you will see that there are many strong teams as well as many weak ones. If there are 20 teams in a league, any one team will be at number one position in the points table and any other team will be at number 20 position in the points table. But the three or four clubs in Saudi Arabia have spent money the way other clubs may not have spent money but they should try to compete with the top teams. Top teams include Al Nasser, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad clubs. To compete with these teams must buy quality players. Hopefully other Saudi League teams will be aware of strengthening their squads in this transfer window.

Al Nassr, they're a fantastic club, no doubt. But lets not kid ourselves, folks. Al Hilal were the clear winners this season. They beat Al Nassr left and right, even in the King's Cup final. That is the state of affairs.

Next season? Sure, theres talk of Rudiger and Van Dijk joining the defense. That would be massive, but when we see it, we will believe it. Al Hilal isnt going anywhere either now. Can you ever image getting Neymar back? Plus, Al Ittihad and Al Ahli are also making moves.

Al Nassr have a tough road ahead, folks. Though let us not rush ahead of ourselves; they have great potential. Al Hilal are still the team to defeat; it will be a struggle.

Rudiger would be a bit of a stretch, he is still playing quite well at Real Madrid and I do not think that he would be going anywhere near SA anytime soon, sure it looks like there would be a possibility, but I do not think that it will happen. We need to remember that we are going to end up with a situation where things won't be as easy, and we need to make sure that we know what we are doing, that is the most important part.

If we can do this, then we are going to end up with a good result one way or another. VVD will be doing something that takes time, and that way we are going to end up seeing him going to SA eventually, will it be this summer or some other summer I am not sure but he is a bit closer than Rudiger if you ask me.

It seems very unfortunate if we see a great player like Benzema underperforming and he should be able to be a leader for his colleagues. But what we have seen so far is that he often has problems in the dressing room and even clashes with his current coach.
Benzema was underperforming because of some factors. It was his first season in Al Ittihad and he got a problem with his injury for a long time. It is not easy for a player experiencing an injury to play again with his best. Moreover, it was in a new team and he also needs to adapt with new teammates. The tactics may be also not familiar with Benzema and he also didn't get the same supports like he ever got in Real Madrid. So, we actually must understand his condition, it makes sense if he was underperforming.

Benzema has some problems, I've stated it above.  Wink
Ronaldo has a different situation. Ronaldo has no problem with injury and he also get enough supports from the team. Al Nassr also has some star players to support him in the field. So, Ronaldo is in a better situation. Moreover, Ronaldo has experienced 2 seasons in Al Nassr. He has no problem with adaptation anymore. Anyway, we don't need to compare between Benzema and Ronaldo.  Wink

Marcelo Gallardo has been sacked today from Al Ittihad this because he was failed to bringing Al Ittihad to compete with Al Nassr and Al Hilal for race title besides that Marcelo Gallardo also rumoured he has a conflict with Benzema which is where this conflict greatly disrupts the state of the internal conditions of Al Ittihad so that's why Al Ittihad owner has been decide to sack him because they feel Marcelo Gallardo did the fatal mistaken which caused Al Ittihad failed to showing their best performance this season

If i am not mistaken after leave Milan Stefano Pioli have been studied English and this has led to speculation that he will choose Premier League as his next destination and the rumour is Nottingham Forest has attempts to offering him new jobs but Stefano Pioli has been refuse that because he waiting the offers from bigger clubs and about this rumour Stefano Pioli himself hasn't been respond it yet but if Stefano Pioli will be accept Al Ittihad offer then he will gets the salary 10 million per year which is a much higher amount than his salary when he was still coaching Milan which is only 4 million per season

Piole officially parted ways with Milan, in my opinion it was quite surprising because I thought Pioli would stay longer with Milan but apparently not and Milan itself has also found a new coach who will coach the club next season. Until now his position is still unclear after he parted ways with Milan, has a lot of rumors saying that he will go to Saudi Arabia and train Al Ittihad but this news is still not confirmed. I know that Al Ittihad's performance last season did not go well, therefore they are still trying to find mistakes and trying to fix these mistakes by recruiting several players and looking for the right coach to improve their performance.

With competition becoming increasingly difficult and Al Ittihad also not wanting to be left behind by other competitors such as Al Hilal and Al Nassr, they are doing various ways to improve their power system. Next season will be quite an interesting season because the Saudi league will increase the number of foreign players they have recruits from the European leagues and will make competition in the title race even fiercer. I'm quite curious about how Al Ittihad will perform next season Shocked

In my opinion, it seems unlikely that Pioli will move there, and did you forget when Pioli announced that he had begun learning English Premier League? The interest from al ittihad will not change his decision about his future, and I believe you are mistaken here. I meant that Romano stated that if Pioli was one of three contenders to replace Gallardo, it did not imply that Pioli had agreed to join Al Ittihad.

Although al Ittihad may offer him a very big pension package, I am confident that Pioli will reject Saudi Arabia's offer since he is still interested in coaching a European team.

I hope Pioli makes it to the EPL.

Pioli dismissal from AC Milan raises a lot of questions about what exactly happened, because so far we can see if Pioli is a coach who is able to lift Milan's performance and also position in recent seasons, when Milan fired Pioli I thought Milan would bring in a better coach than him but I was wrong because indeed Paulo Fonsesca as the new coach of Milan is actually not better than Pioli so far,  Reportedly, Pioli is currently starting to learn English, so it indicates that it is possible that Pioli coaches the english team, but on the one hand we see that currently almost all Premier League clubs have a coach so we dont know where he really is going.

Although Pioli is currently learning English, I think the possibility of him going to Arabia is also wide open, because indeed currently many European players are playing in the Arab League so it requires him to learn English, besides that it is reported that at this time Al Ittihad is starting to try to negotiate with Pioli so it is indeed seen that Al Ittihad is very interested in him,  At the moment Pioli is not coaching and of course taking on a new challenge in the Arab League will be able to give him a lot of experience and also money of course.

Al-Qadsiah and Al-Ittihad are currently competing to get the services of Real Madrid captain Nacho Fernandez. On the other hand, Al-Qadsiah offered a 2 year contract for Nacho Fernandez after knowing that Al-Ittihad was getting closer to an agreement and I think here Al-Ittihad only needs to increase their salary offer if they want to win the competition to get him.

Literally, Al-Ittihad is bigger and better than Al-Qadsiah and I think Nacho Fernandez knows where he is going. Moreover, there is his former teammate at Real Madrid, namely Benzema, so the connection will be easier. On the other hand, the depth of Al-Ittihad's squad is much more adequate so there is no other reason for him not to join Al-Ittihad.

Despite all that, Nacho Fernandez will still be thinking about his decision with Real Madrid as he is still likely to stay rather than leave this summer.
