It’s not that easy and besides they have the money to keep him at the club so it’s not really a bother for them and it’s not really the players fault for being injured all the time. I fully agree with you, Al Hilal still dominates the league to this day and they have not beaten, on the other hand Al-Ahli performance is not consistent so there is no way for them to win the match except luck is on their side, for example Al Hilal played with 10 players because of the red card but of course it's not something to be expected.
