Honestly saying "Portugal needs them for 2 games" is easy to say, but Portugal needs them to be able to go to world cup. If they go to world cup, then they will not need anyone else, but we are talking about something huge for a team.

You're saying the right thing about Al Fateh not posing any serious threat to  Al-Nassr looking at the gap in quality of both clubs which is of a seriously wide margin. Even when Ronaldo was absent earlier this season, Al Nassr still looked composed and created chances easily while also ensuring they finished strongly. While it is true that we are seeing those two leave all the time, but that doesn't mean that we are going to be seeing them be great even during that periods. Ronaldo specially is 40 years old, which means that if he keeps playing this many games a season then he is going to end up with some trouble.

We should realize this is going to take a while for him to recover after each game, it is not the same as doing what he could do back in the day. Getting older isn't about just being "worse" as a player, if you are rested enough and fit enough then you can play at 40 like you are at 30, it shouldn't be an issue. The problem is that most are not as fit at 40 as they were in 30, and of course at 40 you get tired and hurting even if you are fit.

Al Nassr will not enjoy the situation if anything happens to them during national team games. Neymar basically had the same thing and I have seen many Al Hilal fans on twitter being super mad about it. I have to say that Neymar took 100 million a year, just to sit on the sidelines and join parties and what not, which wasn't really okay for the fans because they wanted to see him.

And he could have been injured in any Al Hilal game, which would have been fine, but for a year, he took money and did not play because of a game for Brazil. They've actually worked very hard to win the Saudi Arabian League in the last two seasons but failed to short of their targets but this season, they didn't just start on a good note but have been very consistent. In recent years, Al Nassr haven't been this close to winning the league and if you ask me, I don't think they'll throw away this opportunity. The attacking players are scoring lots of goals while the defenders are doing exceptionally well protecting the team from conceding goals. This is surely their season to be crowned champions and having a serial winner like Cristiano Ronaldo in their midst will definitely increase the team's mentality to go all the way
