Al Nassr is trying harder this season than any other season. They have been able to maintain their win streak in all 5 matches. If they do badly in any match, the teams at the closer can take that opportunity to move up to the top. Every match is much more important now. Worse still, it is a trend three games in the league, one point, five goals against and one goal only. That is mid-table energy. The funny part is they keep saying "we are sad" or "Hilal were not better". Bro, the numbers tell another story. The plan of Hilal under Inzaghi was straightforward: wait and counter, punish. This is a a game everyone knows Al Nassr was going to win, from the beginning of this season Al nassr have been so exceptional that they are still yet to drop points, maintaining their 100 percent start of the season. So matches are like that and even the strongest of teams can struggle in some games. The most important thing is that they got the win  even if the game didn't go as we all expected. I trust Al Nassr defense now because they reduced the rate at which they concede goals and it is really helping them. An improved defense with a strong attacking force is what has taken them this far this season. They just need to maintain their performance because Al Hilal is not that far away, I already see them as a title contender as well.

Honestly, sometimes it makes me wonder whether Al Ittihad's big names are actually translating into results or it has a zero impact on the team because come on, sometimes when they fail in matches you expect them to win becomes a thing of worry and annoyance to us who are watching and expecting them to come out big. Having stars like Benzema, Kate and Fabinho should ordinarily make them dominant in their matches but they always turn out to look disjointed like a club without a good plan and a working system. I think their case is more of a management issue than the players. But Al-Hilal looks like a team which knows exactly what they want to do as they always come out clinical when it matters, they are compact and controlled the tempo which makes them promising in their performance and games.

Al nassr is performing like an unstoppable force.  I understand that this match was against a team that is trying to stay away from the relegation zone but still winning this match was important for them to stay at the top of the table.
