Not entirely sure if that will be the case. I mean first of all we have the whole far at least side on the other part, but leaving that aside, last years winners Ittihad is doing terrible, which shows that Saudis, even while spending this much money, may not be as dominant as they think they are.

In my opinion, if Ronaldo were to be injured and absent, I think Al Nasr's forward line would clearly decline significantly. Ronaldo is essentially a very sharp spearhead for Al Nasr, so if Ronaldo were to be injured, it would clearly blunt Al Nasr's attack. Achieving an unbeaten run throughout one season isn't a superhuman thing to do in modern time football, in the bundesliga a team like Bayer Leverkusen did it two seasons ago and lifted the league title for that season, in similar vein any team even in the Saudi league Al Nasr can break such a record in their league and for them to do that they have to be 2x better in performance than the rest opponents.
