From what I’ve read in several local news reports, the two teams that seem poised to compete fiercely for Mohamed Salah’s services are Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah. in fact, it’s reported that Al-Ittihad has actually been interested in signing Salah for several seasons now, but he has consistently chosen to stay at Liverpool. Now that M. Salah is reportedly set to leave Liverpool at the end of this season. Al-Ittihad seems to have the best chance of signing him. in fact, Al-Ittihad is said to be preparing a truly fantastic offer.

however, I am certain the competition is not limited to just Al-Ittihad and Al-qadisiyah, as other teams from the SPL will certainly try to sign this player. In fact, Al-nassr and Al-ahli may also be targeting M. Salah.

I think there is a pattern in the Saudi league such that when a particular club develops interest in a player, the rest of the clubs back off, so it is likely to be Al-Ittihad that Mo Salah will move to since they have been interested in the player for so long. Al-Ittihad won the SPL last season but this season they don't have a stable performance so signing a player like Mohamed Salah will be a good move to strengthen the team, boost their performance and bring them to compete with other top teams.

Yes I agree with you completely. Al Taawoun's performance is currently in a very fragile position. Their last few matches have been very bad. They have only managed to win one match out of 5 matches, lost one match and drawn the remaining three matches. The match between Al Taawoun and Al Hilal will be at Al Hilal's home ground. In this regard, Al Hilal is far ahead and currently Al Hilal has performed very well, they are in a very consistent position. This match may be won by Al Hilal with a very large margin. I will bet on Al Hilal without any doubt.
By virtue of their performances and position, Al Hilal in this fixture has given that confidence that you can count on them to win this game, if you compare their squad depth to that of AI Taawoun, the difference is obvious and the results from both teams in their recent games tells a lot, Al Hilal also has the home advantage which definitely gives them even more advantage, I expect this to be somewhat easy for them.

In Saudi Professional League, things are a bit complicated. There are four teams (Al Nassr, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad and Al Ahli), that have the same owner (Saudi Public Investment Fund). This means that these four clubs will not compete for the same player. But it is entirely possible that there will be some competition between one of the clubs owned by the PIF and any other club that is not owned by them (such as Al Taawoun, Al Qadisiyah or Al Shabab). BTW, there can be frictions between the PIF teams as well. An example is the recent scandal regarding Benzema moving to Al Hilal from Al Ittihad. Al Nassr players were very unhappy regarding this.

Salah.

Yes, of course, teams from the Saudi Arabian League will try to compete to recruit M Salah, but in my personal opinion, Al Ittihad is the strongest candidate to get Salah. After all, Al Ittihad has quite large finances because it is funded by public funds, so with that, if they make a very fantastic offer to M Salah, Salah will definitely want to join. Because if we talk about Al Qadisiyah, this team does have quite good finances, but still will not be as good as Al Ittihad.

So with that, in terms of finance, Al Qadisiyah is already inferior to Al Ittihad. Besides, if we talk about other teams like Al Nasr and Al Ahli, honestly, I doubt these teams can bring Salah. Because even in Al Nasr, the forwards are filled with great players and that will definitely make Salah not want to join this team, and the same goes for Al Ahli. So that's why I think Al Ittihad is the team with the strongest potential to bring in Salah.

al Ittihad has indeed been interested in Salah for the past few seasons, but unfortunately, Salah chose to stay at Liverpool. With the news that Salah will leave Liverpool at the end of the season, Ittihad will certainly prepare everything to secure Salah, and Al Qadisiyah will certainly try to secure him as well. Yes, it's certainly possible that Al Nassr Al Ahli and other teams will also want Salah. But we'll just have to wait and see what happens

In my opinion, any team, especially a strong team, if they can secure Salah, they will have the potential to be lucky. Salah will certainly play well and be able to represent the team that signed him. I think if Salah joins SPL, it will make SPL even more exciting, and it's possible that another top player will join SPL

Yeah, I think so too. especially since we know Al-Ittihad has just lost one of their star players, Benzema, who has moved to Al-Hilal. So I think Al-Ittihad will be the team most eager to sign new star players from Europe, and M. Salah will undoubtedly be Al-Ittihad’s top target in the upcoming transfer window. And they’ve surely already made preparations to put together an offer that’s impossible to refuse. A fantastic salary will definitely be offered to M. Salah. meanwhile, Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal actually already have quite a few star players in their forward and midfield lines. Perhaps for Al-Nassr, adding a star player to the backline should be their main priority instead.

Is there really such a pattern in the Saudi Pro League? Is this just your assumption or has it been proven? but I know that Salah is likely to leave Liverpool and he has been linked with Saudi teams over the past year, and with his current situation, there's no doubt we'll see him playing in the Saudi Pro League soon. Yes,, I'm also wondering if something like this really exists in the Saudi Arabian League. It does make sense if it does. Basically, if all the great players were gathered in one team, it wouldn't make the Saudi Arabian League competitive. So, your assumption could be correct, because if we look back, there is indeed a pattern like that. But I don't know, I don't want to think too much about it, because that's not the important part in my opinion.

Because the important part, I think we have to see that this season the Saudi Arabian League will be even more competitive. So whether Salah joins Al Ittihad or Al Nasr, or Al Hiilal, I don't think it will be a problem. But even so, I think the one who seems serious about Salah right now is Al Ittihad, and I think they have the greatest chance of getting Salah. But we'll see, who knows, Salah might reject all offers from Saudi Arabian League teams, because we never know.

Al-Ittihad is reportedly targeting Mo Salah for recruitment (Source). And it is highly likely that Al-Ittihad’s long wait will soon come to an end as they have been trying to sign this Egyptian soccer player for quite some time. In the past Mo Salah may not have considered offers from Al-Ittihad because he still played a key role at Liverpool (Source). But now he is set to leave Liverpool. And that gives Al-Ittihad a strong chance of signing him. I personally think that Mo Salah could be a good choice for them as Al-Ittihad’s performance which has been declining this season and even needs to be improved immediately. On the other hand Al-Qadsiah is reportedly set to become Al-Ittihad’s rival in the race to sign Mo Salah. However Al-Qadsiah might fail to secure him because Al-Ittihad has stronger financial resources. Perhaps Al-Ittihad’s total market value can say everything (Source).

al Ittihad has indeed been interested in Salah for the past few seasons, but unfortunately, Salah chose to stay at Liverpool.

Its great opportunity for the Saudi Pro League team for signing Mohamad Salah after not extending his contract and at the end of this season will be free agent players. I don't think Al Ittihad only want to sign Salah because several club like Al Hilal won't loss opportunity to sign Salah, however Mohamad Salah just announcing about his contract expiring with Liverpool and not extend but not announce yet will play for other team outside from Premier League.
Better waiting at the end of this season speculation about Mohamad Salah future club will interest for playing with Saudi Pro League team or extend keep playing with the other premier league team after leaving Liverpool.

Al-Ittihad won the SPL last season but this season they don't have a stable performance so signing a player like Mohamed Salah will be a good move to strengthen the team, boost their performance and bring them to compete with other top teams.

Whether it's Al Ittihad or any other team, I'm sure Salah can make a worthy contribution.

Looks like that's how they want to run the league, noticed that the 4 biggest clubs in the league is owned by one organisation and from the saga of few months ago concerning the Ronaldo strike that made most of us to know what's really going on between these 4 clubs, the organisation wants the league trophies to be on rotation between 2 teams mainly for now, Which is Al Littihad and Al Hilal that's why they are pumping more money between these 2, see how Al Littihad claimed they don't have money to pay Benzema unless he moved to Al Hilal. How come Al Hilal could pay him and Al Littihad couldn't when it's the same people handling both clubs. So technically I agree that they are purposely gathering certain players to one club that's why other of the 3 can't bid for the same player one one of them shows interest.

Al Nasr was clearly unhappy with that transfer, I don’t know if it was fair if you count all the transfers and compare them (for example, Felix’s arrival at Al Nasr also weighs a lot, I’m sure), but from the outside it looked like favoritism towards Al Hilal. The champion player goes to the favorite which lost one season. Al Ittihad is now out of the race, but Al Hilal cannot yet return to first place, I hope this situation will remain. Although the whole tournament is no longer so serious because of the war.

When Salah leaves Liverpool he can choose European teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona. If SPL is going to buy Salah which team will play him. Cristiano, Felix, Mane and Salah for Al Nassr in 2026?

Thoughts of Al-Nassr are too far away, the last rumor heard about Mo Salah & SPL is Al-Ittihad & Al-Qadsiah. So, I don't think it will be Cristiano, Felix, Mane & Salah. The last club reportedly close to the Egyptian player is San Diego FC who competes in the MLS. I think we'll soon find out where he'll go after leaving Liverpool.

Yes when Salah leaves Liverpool, he will have the choice of European teams like Madrid and Barcelona,I don't disagree with you on this point, but it should be reviewed whether any club actually has the ability to buy this player. At first glance, it seems that the SPL could be an option for Salah's choice of club as we also saw earlier that Al Ittihad was interested in this Egyptian player of the Red Devils,so it doesn't seem to me that Cristiano, Joao Felix, Mane and Salah will play for Al Nassr in 2026, anyway it will be known soon which club he will be invited to after exclusion the PL club but for now, it looks like he will play for Liverpool in the first and second leg of the UCL quarter-final against PSG.

But it looks like the transfer market will be buzzing with speculation about Mohamed Salah. and the truth is, his next destination is still uncertain. however, I’m confident he’ll choose to play in a league that isn’t as fiercely competitive as the Premier League. He could join a club in the SPL or MLS. And I’m sure several clubs from the SPL and MLS will compete to sign him.

But speaking of possibilities, it does seem more likely that he’ll join a club in the Saudi Pro League, since the salary offers from clubs there are always very high.

Salah era at Liverpool has finally come to an end as Liverpool needs regeneration. Salah ultimately decided to leave next season. In my opinion, it was the right decision for him to leave Liverpool as a legend, rather than staying but earning the respect of both Slot and Carragher. Furthermore, Moh Salah has recently appeared in several games to be no longer at his peak. His running is labored, his dribbling isn't what it used to be and his shooting has declined but his instincts are still quite good. For this reason, I think teams in La Liga and the Premier League will think twice about recruiting Moh Salah.

I'm more confident Moh Salah will move to the Arab League, especially since Al-Ittihad is very interested in Salah. This interest has been going on for a long time not just now. Furthermore, with Benzema move to Al-Hilal, Moh Salah would be the right choice for Al-Ittihad. Returning to Saudi Arabia isn't just about his career, but also about earning money for his retirement especially as he approaches retirement.

Well in theory, when someone owns all big clubs, that means he decides which player goes to which team, its not that crazy. Sure there are players, and staff and even workers of those clubs, CEO's general managers director of footballs and many more.

But the owner doesn't change. In fact, we can take it even more further, it's a kingdom, sure it's a kingdom run in capitalist society, meaning you can own things, it's not an authoritarian communism, they are capitalistic in the sense that you have ownership, so you can buy a team if you want to. But it is still a kingdom, so if the king doesn't want you to, you can't get anyone, otherwise king would be pissed and you do not want to be in a kingdom where king doesn't like you.

Salah.

Salah just didn't want to flush his career down the toilet and go to Saudi Arabia. It's a bad place to play football on the highest level because the highest level doesn't exist there. Now I think he is going to be 34 in June and it is ok to make this move and value money higher than his career as a great player. As soon as they arrive in Saudi Arabia, the high time is over, but the bank account is of course going to grow through the sky. Actually the already crazy high bank account. Grin

My guess is that he would probably end up in Al-Ittihad.

Salah era at Liverpool has finally come to an end as Liverpool needs regeneration.

This season he hasn't been able to score as many goals as usual. I believe this is due to the strategies used by the coach, but these are temporary things that happen in football. He's 33 years old, not old, he still has the physique to run a lot. It's a shame that there aren't other English clubs interested in him; I don't know why other clubs don't sign him, I'm talking about European clubs.

If there were a big Portuguese club like Benfica, it would be a good option for Salah, or Fenerbahce in Turkey, or even an Italian club like Milan or Napoli, or even Juventus. Salah could play well in those clubs. I'm not saying that the Saudi league wouldn't be a good option, but considering his talent and age, I believe he can play for many good teams in Europe.

Benzema's transfer created a lot of controversy, because it was done from one club within the Saudi Professional League to another, and specifically was done in order to strengthen Al Hilal. But it didn't turned out to be very beneficial for Al Hilal. Now they are at the 3rd position in the points table, and 5 points behind Al Nassr. With just 8 matches remaining for this season, it is going to be extremely tough for Al Hilal to catch up with Al Nassr. Also, we need to remember that Al Nassr has a series of matches against weaker teams such as Al Najma and Al Akhdoud coming up next.
